«Breaking News» Michael Jackson 'told rape accuser that his marriage to Lisa Marie Presley was for show

Michael Jackson allegedly told one of the underage boys he was accused of raping that his relationships with women were all for show, according to the new documentary Leaving Neverland.

James 'Jimmy' Safechuck says that during their time together, Jackson warned him that he might have to be seen with women, or appearing to be in a romantic couple - but it was all for show.

He also bought the Safechucks a house after they testified for the defense in his trial after he was accused of sexually assaulting another boy, Jordan Chandler.

That 'show' became more important than ever though after the Chandler lawsuit was settled for a reported $23million, and so Jackson took things a step further and married Lisa Marie Presley.

The King of Pop famously brought his wife up on stage for a kiss at the MTV Music Awards in New York in 1994

He then cut ties with the Safechuck family and Jimmy, who was, by then, dependent on the singer because Jackson advised the boy's parents to remove him from school.

'He would just call every once in a while. He gave me a car when I turned 16. I was very much into filmmaking and he got me filmmaking classes,' explains Safechuck of his relationship with Jackson as he entered his teenage years.

Jackson then urged the boy to cut back on his high school classes.

'Michael tells you you don't need school, no one who ever did anything good went to school,' explains Safechuck.

'And he talked to my parents because I was in some of the advanced classes and he said you don't need math.'

Safechuck then reveals: 'So he convinced my parents to pull me out of some of the advanced classes.'

And once Safechuck was out of those classes, Jackson reassured the family by stating: 'Don't worry, I'lll be there.'

He was not there for very long though, with Jackson shocking many when he announced in 1994 that he ha married Presley.

'He is making you depend on him, like don't go get an education, I'll take care of it,' explains Safechuck.

'And then when he went away it pretty much derailed and I was kind of lost.'

At the same time, Jackson had been letting Safechuck know that these relationships were just for show.

'I remember Michael saying he was going to have to have these public relationships with women so people wouldn't think anything,' claims Safechuck.

'He would always say he was going to get married . He said, "One day I am going to have to go get married but it wasn't going to mean anything."'

James' mother, Stephanie Safechuck, was so under Jackson’s spell that she failed to realize he wrote off the loan he gave the family to purchase a house just after she and her husband, as well as their son James, gave depositions in support of Jackson.

She said that after the family met with the lawyers and finished their depositions, Jackson called and forgave the loan he gave the family.

He also told Stephanie that he was not mad at the boy who had accused him of sexual assault, Jordan Chandler, and was instead angry with his money-hungry father.

It came as a shock to the Safechucks when Jackson cut ties with their family.

'It was an emptiness,' Stephanie explains in her interview. 'I loved him, he was one of my children, so it was a child leaving the home.'

Safechuck's mother recalled: 'So one day, I got a phone call from Michael and he said, "Stephanie I'm not going to be able to come around as often."

'I hung up, I went to my husband and I said: "We've just been dumped."'

She then explained what the end of that relationship felt like, almost seven years after first meeting on the set of a Pepsi commercial.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
