Roxanne Pallett has broken her eight-month social media silence to support Michael Jackson amid claims he sexually abused young boys.
The 36-year-old actress reactivated her Instagram account on Wednesday to share a picture of the late singer that she captioned: 'Just because you read it in a magazine or see it on the TV screen, don't make it factual...'
Alongside the caption, which are lyrics from Jackson's song, Tabloid Junkie, Roxanne added the hashtags '#mjinnocent #mjfam'.

Claims that Jackson abused young boys have resurfaced due to the documentary, Leaving Neverland, which features emotional testimony from Wade Robson and James Safechuck who alleged Michael raped them for years as children.
Several of the late singer's fans have spoken out against the documentary, with Roxanne among them.
A friend of the star's told MailOnline: 'Roxanne has been off the grid, shutting down everything in her life including work offers, and social media so she could privately treat her PTSD and panic disorder in EMDR therapy.'

They continued: 'However, as a lifelong Michael Jackson fan she was crushed at the backlash her idol was getting so she defiantly reactivated her Instagram account to defend and support him. She’s been an MJ fan since she was young and grew up to his music and so she just wanted to voice support for the Jackson family.
'It’s quite a bold move for a comeback to social media and given that she too received death threats and backlash of mass hate which some described as a witch-hunt, this is a big step for her to go back on social media and to defend someone so controversial too.
'We just hope it’s not too soon for her fragile mental health.'

Roxanne's Instagram page shows that she is a fan of the Jackson family, with the actress sharing several snaps alongside members of the singing group.
One snap from July 2017 saw her crying as she posed with Jackie, Tito, Marlon and Jermaine Jackson, which she captioned: 'When you meet The Jacksons but instead of saying hey & being cool, you suddenly burst into tears in total awe, because their music has been the soundtrack to your life.'
She appeared to be particularly good friends with Tito, revealing in one snap that the Hollywood star had made his way to Yorkshire to visit her before flying back to Los Angeles.
MailOnline has contacted Roxanne's representatives for comment.

Roxanne has kept a low profile and stayed off social media after an ill-fated stint on Celebrity Big Brother last summer.
Roxanne branded housemate Ryan Thomas a 'woman beater' after a play fight before going to the Diary Room to demand the actor be removed from the house.
He was issued with a formal warning, but Roxanne claimed to be afraid of him, asking to sleep in a separate room that evening and seen crying and shaking.

She then told her fellow housemates that he had 'repeatedly hit her in the ribs', which led them to confront him about it.
On eventually understanding what took place, the housemates backed Ryan, with Roxanne leaving the show.
After her exit from the Channel 5 show, she returned for a pre-recorded interview with host Emma Willis to apologise for the incident.
Roxanne recently claimed she sent a suicide message to her family and friends after she falsely accused Ryan of punching her.
The former Emmerdale actress said she told her family 'she didn't want to be here anymore' after she was accused of over-exaggerating a playful punch from her co-star.
Roxanne, speaking publicly for the first time in five months, also said she suffered with depression and was diagnosed with PTSD after she was removed from the Channel 5 show last summer.

Since leaving the show, Roxanne has not used any public form of social media, until her post defending Micheal Jackson.
Wade Robson and James Safechuck both allege they were molested by Michael Jackson, allegations which are explored in the documentary Leaving Neverland.
Both men filed lawsuits in 2013 saying stress and trauma had forced them to face the truth and admit they were sexually abused. The suits have been thrown out on technical grounds, but are under appeal.
Leaving Neverland premiered at the Sundance Film Festival, where Mr Robson and Mr Safechuck got a standing ovation afterwards. It is due to be broadcast Channel 4 this week.
Jackson's family have said the star is the victim of a 'public lynching' when he 'is not here to defend himself'.
The Jackson family points out that Michael was subjected to a thorough investigation which included a surprise raid of his home, the Neverland Ranch, but was still acquitted at his criminal trial in 2005, in a case involving another young man.
Wade Robson testified at that trial, saying he had slept in Michael Jackson's room many times, but that Michael had never molested him.
James Safechuck made similar statements to investigators as a boy. Michael Jackson died in 2009.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
