It was less than a year after Michael Jackson met James Safechuck that he bought the Neverland Ranch, located about three hours north of Los Angeles.
In the new documentary Leaving Neverland, Safechuck revealed that Jackson told him at the time that he had purchased the remote getaway for his new friend.
‘He said I am going to purchase this house. It’s gonna be yours, like this place is for you,’ said Safechuck.
‘Me and Michael would be there a lot together, we would go for like a week at a time.’

It was a magical place for Safechuck and his mother Stephanie, who still has the brochure from where Jackson was looking at the property.
‘We were the first guests he had to go to Neverland,’ she explained, before raving about the guest accommodations and the wine cellar.
‘It was a fairytale every night.’
That fairytale quickly morphed into something else however for Safechuck, who alleged that Jackson raped and sexually assaulted him around the property.
By his count, there were 10 spots on the property were he was allegedly assaulted by Jackson.
‘We would get a blanket and we would lie it on the floor in the closet, so we could close the door,’ said Safechuck of one spot.
‘So there were bells and you could have a moment of hearing them trip so at least you knew if people were coming for him.’
He then said of the sexual abuse: ‘There was kissing and just kind of rubbing on each other and then oral sex and then he would want me to suck on his nipples and he would finish himself.’

The pool and jacuzzi were allegedly the sites of more abuse. Safechuck says Jackson performing a rape act on him while seeing how long they could hold their breath underwater
The upstairs bedroom in Neverland’s now infamous train station was also a spot of assaults, according to Safechuck
‘He also had an Indian fort with like tepees so we would lay down sleeping and have snacks and have sexual relations there,’ said Safechuck
There was also the movie theater, where Jackson was almost caught by Safechuck’s mother Stephanie
‘There was also a game room and then upstairs in the arcade there was a bed and we would go up there and have sex there,' claims Safechuck
That act was not contained to just Jackson’s closet however, Safechuck alleges.
‘He also had an Indian fort with like tepees so we would lay down sleeping and have snacks and have sexual relations there,’ said Safechuck.
‘There was also a game room and then upstairs in the arcade there was a bed and we would go up there and have sex there.’
A third floor attic with steep stairs leading up to it, a remote house on the property and even the castle inside the amusement park were also spots where Safechuck claimed he was abused by Michael.
There was also the movie theater, where Jackson was almost caught by Safechuck’s mother Stephanie.
‘The movie theater had these two private rooms and you could see into the theater… and we would have sex in those rooms,’ said Safechuck.
‘That was a bit dangerous. There was a bit of excitement there.’
There was one time when Safechuck’s mother arrived however to find the door locked, and after extensive banging discovered her son and Jackson in the same bed, but fully clothed.
She did not think anything of it, and Jackson assured her he had locked the door by accident.

‘And it would happen every day,’ he said.

His claims about being assaulted in multiple locations on the ranch might make it difficult to sell. It is currently on the market for the third time in as many years.
The initial listing agent, Suzanne Perkins of Compass, is hoping to offload the property with its new discounted price tag of $31 million.
That is a 50 percent chop from the $67 million is was listed for in 2017 and a whopping 70 percent less than the $100 million that the property was first offered for when it hit the market in 2016.
'Neverland is the ultimate ranch retreat and gated estate of approximately 2,698 acres located five miles north of the town of Los Olivos,' reads the property listing.

'The main residence of approximately 12,598 sq. ft. offers six-bedrooms, including a large first floor master suite with a private loft and two master baths. The home was designed by Robert Altevers for William Bone in a French Normandy-style and meticulously crafted to perfection in 1982.
'The home is nestled between extensively landscaped gardens and a four-acre lake complete with a waterfall, incredible pastoral views to the south and majestic mountain views to the north.
'An expansive covered outdoor barbeque area is perfect for entertaining and is located adjacent to the inviting pool and nearby pool house and tennis court.
'There are multiple structures on the property including three separate guest homes, a 5,500 sq.ft. movie theater with stage, several barns, animal shelter facilities, corrals and a maintenance shop.'
No mention is made however of the previous owner of the property.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
