«Breaking News» Bride-to-be is SLAMMED online for refusing to provide food

An anonymous bride-to-be has been ridiculed online for refusing to provide food at her upcoming wedding.

The controversial plan was flagged anonymously by one of her bridesmaids to a Facebook wedding shaming group last week; she said the couple were wanting to 'cut costs' on their special day.

Facebook group users were astounded by the move, with one suggesting they need to serve 'hot dogs at least'.

The bridesmaid took to the Facebook group to ask whether it was unusual to not provide food at a wedding.

'I'm a bridesmaid in a wedding in May,' she began. 'This girl I've known for about 10 years now is the bride, and they are really focused on their wedding day being a nice relaxed time on some large outdoor property.'

The bridesmaid went on to detail plans for the couple's special day, including a decor of homemade items, 'barn style'.

However the bride and groom's love of 'simplicity' has also seen them limit their hospitality.

'I just found out that to cut costs they're not providing food, like what?! It's a whole day thing, even into the night, and no food?' The bridesmaid wrote.

The bridesmaid added that she will probably 'end up ordering pizza' and asked fellow Facebook users whether it's normal to eliminate food in order to reduce costs at a wedding.

'I've never been in a wedding, I've only been to a few weddings. I'm wondering if it's as big of a deal as I think it is?' she asked online.

Facebook users flocked to the comments section of her post, revealing their shock at the bride and groom's decision to only serve alcohol.

'This is awful. Cut the bar and have food, or make it a cocktail party at 8pm,' one wrote.

'They should be providing food,' another shared. 'Even if it's just munchy finger food [sic]. People drinking with no food won't be a good scene.'

Another suggested they at least serve finger food or allow guests to bring something to munch on.

'Just do some hot dogs at least. Like who does that?' one wrote, as well as: 'Since it's outdoors, they should grill and have people bring things. No food is irresponsible.'

One suggested that drama would erupt by only serving alcohol, writing: 'No food + alcohol = riots.'

While another said they too went to a wedding with no food and 'it was the worst.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
