Jeff Lewis screamed at Jenni Pulos and design associate Megan Weaver quit, but Lala Kent stole the show on Tuesday's episode of Flipping Out.
The show titled Destructive Criticism opened with the OCD house developer yelling furiously at Jenni, who had left her phone somewhere when they were late to catch a flight.
'You're here to help me, I'm not here to babysit you,' bellowed the 48-year-old real estate speculator, who has since parted ways with Jenni entirely.

'I'm blaming this all on you…you do this every god damn time we get in the car!' he screamed.
'I'm going to kill myself,' sighed Megan, as the rest of the team cringed.
Jeff also raged at Anthony, his new project manager, who didn't have a phone for three days.
'I shouldn't have to hand hold,' he complained.

Megan got it in the neck for complaining too much.
'Everybody was complaining,' she protested about a recent trip to North Carolina.
'I don't know if she's 100 percent committed to anything,' he mused.

Jeff then threw Megan out of a meeting because she was distracted by an emergency with her daughter.
'Don't come back until you've got your s*** together,' he commanded.
When she returned he grilled her in front of his team and client Chaz Dean.
The client: Chaz Dean hired Jeff for a project but Megan had to step out of the meeting due to a family emergency
'I'm paying really close attention,' she insisted.
He also tore shreds off his assistant, Tyler, saying: 'You're not the worst assistant I've ever had, but you're bad.'
Later in the show he accused his staff of being ungrateful.

'I go above and beyond for them,' he insisted.
Megan then decided she wanted to leave 'within the next few weeks.'
'Megan you've already left four times, so the fifth time you're leaving, what is it that you want?' he asked angrily.
Taking off: Megan informed Jeff that she was leaving within weeks
Jeff also grew irritated about an outdoor kitchen that wasn't finished properly.
'It just feels a little like a transit home weekend project gone wrong,' he scowled.
'If you pay me $10,000 a month I'll manage it,' he told his client Lea Black.

Lala, 28, of Vanderpump Rules made an appearance with her wealthy boyfriend Randall Emmett, 47, another client of Jeff's who said she had strong opinions.
'That is sexy, oh my god, I love everything that is happening,' Lala beamed as she perused some tiles that Jeff brought over.
'Mama approves,' she beamed.

Lala later declared that a coffee table reminded her of every guy she'd dated when she was 'really, really young.'
'It's got to go,' she insisted.
During a dinner with Lea of The Real Housewives Of Miami, Jeff asked Jenni if she was motivated by money, recognition or accomplishment.

'I'm just motivated sweetie, I'm motivated, hate to tell you,' said Jenni, who noted that she had just worked for 16 hours straight.
'And all you've done since then is complain,' he barked.
'No,' she disagreed.

Lea told Jeff he'd have to let go of the things that were holding him back to accelerate his business.
'No matter how much you love and adore those things,' she advised.
Flipping Out will return next week on Bravo for its season 11 and apparent series finale titled The Final Flip. A preview showed Jenni crying in a car.
Jeff revealed last month that his contract with Bravo had not been renewed.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
