An Oklahoma mother has been charged with shooting dead her 18-year-old son, 16-year-old daughter and injuring another daughter.

Amy Leann Hall, 39, from the small town of Nuyaka, was arrested earlier this month after she opened fire on her own children in their home.

She faces two charges of first-degree murder and one count of shooting with intent to kill.

Her son, Kayson Toliver, 18, was a senior running back on the Beggs High School football team.

Cops responding to a 911 call at the family home found Kayson dead and his two teenage sisters wounded - one in a critical condition who later died and the other stable.

Both daughters had been struck in the head and both were transported to a Tulsa hospital.

The critically injured daughter, Kloee Toliver, 16, later died from her injuries after being declared brain dead. Her organs were donated after her death.

A probable cause affidavit stated that 'a 14-year-old daughter took the gun from her mother.' Rice said the girl also received a gunshot wound. Her condition was listed as good as of Monday.

Hall left the home after the shooting but Okmulgee County law enforcement officers soon caught up with her.

'She left the home and we were able to get her pulled over as she was traveling...and get her into custody,' Sheriff Rice said to Tulsa World.

During interviews with police, Hall admitted to shooting her children.

'When asked for names, Hall only replied she didn't wish to speak their names, but advised the victims were 'kids,' ages 16 and 18,' investigators state in the affidavit.

She further told investigators that she had intended to kill the three children, but the youngest 'interrupted the plan,' according to the affidavit.

She remains in Okmulgee County jail without The motive behind the triple shooting is still under investigation but deputies revealed they were called to the house multiple times in the past due to domestic issues.

No arrests were ever made from those prior incidents.

Hall previously pleaded guilty to a minor larceny charge in 2014.

Sheriff Rice said that the father of the victims was not in the home at the time of the incident.

'This is tragic. Nobody wants this to happen in their county, in their towns, around their family and friends,' Rice said at a press conference following the shootings.

'We do not have a motive at this time. We're still investigating this,' he added.

According to online court records, Hall was in the middle of a two-year custody battle with the father of her children.

Last month Hall alleged the man, who had been granted partial custody, sent 'threatening and inappropriate' text messages to their son. She also alleged he would show up at their home 'at all hours of the night.'

In June 2016, the man claimed that Hall was mentally unstable and was psychologically abusive.

The sheriff said authorities don't believe anyone else was involved in the shootings and that there is no threat to the community.

A GoFundMe account has been set up to help raise money for the remaining daughter, Nikole, who managed to escape with minor injuries during the shooting.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
