A source close to Cheryl told MailOnline: 'She was singing 100% live, obviously with some backing vocal but her vocals were all live.' Cheryl's representatives have been contacted for comment.

The pop princess looked incredible in a racy red jumpsuit as she wowed the studio audience in the pre-recorded show, before confessing that she 'pokes fun at herself' within the track.

The dazzling ensemble featured a burgundy coloured bodysuit and glittering sheer paneling on the legs.

Chatting to him about her musical comeback, Cheryl addressed the inspiration behind new single Love Made Me Do It and confessed that it is actually 'poking fun' at herself, rather than being about anybody in particular.
She has already shut down rumours that the single is in reference to her ex-love Liam and reiterating it is focused on her relationship history as a whole, Cheryl said: 'It kind of pokes fun at myself. It's not about anybody.'
In her interview, Cheryl also revealed that while she has 'enough material' to release another album, she plans to focus on releasing singles instead to make the most of 'streaming'.
She also addressed why she wanted to take a four-year break away from the spotlight - insisting that it was 'needed', as she explained: 'You get into a routine and are on a treadmill for years and years. When you have a break, you have time to refocus and re-appreciate everything. It feels good.'

Love Made Me Do It sat at number 19 in the Official Singles Chart, number 62 on Apple's Chart, number 74 in Apple's UK Chart. She did not appear in the Top 200 or Viral Top 50 on Spotify.
Despite this, Spotify gave the star a nod in its 'Hot Hits' category, which Cheryl gave a nod to on her Instagram stories by thanking the streaming service.
The singer has been making her return to the music scene after a four-year hiatus in which time she gave birth to her first son Bear.
Cheryl's performance at the Hits Radio Live concert in Manchester went extremely well after she received mixed reviews on her X Factor appearance.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
