Her adopted daughter, Zafirovska denied playing any part in her death but a jury did not believe her and found her guilty.
Throughout the initial police interviews, just hours after the murder, Zafirovska appeared emotionless.
Footage obtained by 9news shows Zafirovska sitting in the Ferny Grove Police station with a blanket wrapped around her as she tries to convince police someone had broken into their home.
'What is your knowledge of what's happened today?' a police officer can be heard asking.
'That someone has broken in, my mum has been hurt and she's passed away,' she says.
When asked if she knows how her mother was hurt she replies: 'No'.
After five hours of questioning by police she was released, however six days later she was arrested and questioned again.
During the next stage of questioning Zafirovska refuted the allegation she bludgeoned her mother to death.

'I haven't killed my mum,' she was recorded saying during a police interview. 'Why would I want to kill my mum? Like give me one good reason why I would want to kill my own mother?'

'Like how can you? I haven't killed her. Why would I want to kill my mum? Like give me one good reason why I would want to kill my own mother?' she can be heard saying.
Radica died with 26 severe injuries, including skull fractures and brain bleeding.
Zafirovska had claimed intruders broke in and attacked her mother during a triple-0 call.
However, police found no evidence of forced entry.
A piece of decking covered in Radica's blood was also found in Zafirovska's bedroom.
The details of the triple-0 call were made public for the first time last week and reveal the tale she old the operator.
'There's somebody in my house,' Simona whispered down the phone line.

'I can hear them and the dogs have been barking.'
When asked by the operator what she can see or hear she replied: 'Footsteps on the wooden, from the wooden floors.'
During the 4.55 minute call, Zafirovska then told the operator she was hiding in her bedroom and wasn't sure if the intruders were still there.
'But I can still hear something,' she whispered. 'I can hear someone speaking.'
She then admitted she was too scared to leave her room.
'OK, don't talk unless you have to,' the operator said.
During sentencing in the Brisbane Supreme Court, Justice Ann Lyons called her story of an intruder an 'elaborate ruse'.
'You then falsely caused a disturbance in the house to make it look as though there were intruders in the house. By the verdict it's clear the jury has not accepted that that was, in fact, the case.'
Zafirovska was sentenced to life in jail with a non-parole period of 20 years on Wednesday last week.
With time already served, she will be eligible for release in November 2035.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
