Their relationship has had its fair share of ups and downs in the past, with Ferne McCann claiming their feud was down to her landing a rival reality show.
But Sam Faiers and the former TOWIE star, 28, have clearly put their past feud behind them, as they enjoyed a play date with their daughters Sunday and Rosie, both sixteen months, during The Mummy Diaries on Wednesday night.
Ferne and the mother of two, 28, bonded over raising their little ones, and Sam said: 'It's really nice to catch up with Ferne and Sunday because although we had the hen party together, the kids haven't been together a lot, so it is lovely to catch up.'
The Mummy Diaries: Sam Faiers and Ferne McCann enjoyed a fun play date with daughters Rosie and Sunday on The Mummy Diaries on Wednesday... as pair put past feud behind them
During their conversation, little Rosie stood up and used a table leg to balance as her mum prompted her to 'show Sunday how its done', and said she 'can do this'.
After the toddler opted to sit back down, Ferne changed the conversation to Paul Jr and asked if he had started pre-school yet.
Sam candidly told her: 'No, I did look at one before we went away. Paul’s not too keen on it, he wants to keep him at home until he has to go to school. I think he’d just enjoy it, playing with kids and the activities all day.'
Ferne agreed, as she added: 'That’s the thing because Sunday’s nursery, there’s some things at nurseries that I’d never have time to do, or think of.'
Happy: Ferne and the mother of two, 28, bonded over raising their little ones, and Sam said: 'It's really nice to catch up with Ferne and Sunday'
In July last year, Sam admitted her and Ferne 'hadn't seen eye to eye' for the past couple of years, and said: 'Sometimes as friends you do just drift apart.'
The Mummy Diaries star said the pair had healed their rift at sister Billie's hen do earlier this month during a heart-to-heart.
'We were both at my sister's bridal shower - Ferne was there. It was fine. It was nice. We were just catching up on the babies really. So we are fine.'
Encoraging: During their conversation, little Rosie stood up and used a table leg to balance as her mum prompted her to 'show Sunday how its done', and said she 'can do this'
When their feud emerged, Ferne insisted it was due to having rival shows - contrary to reports it was due to her ignoring Sam's advice over acid attacker ex Arthur Collins, with whom she shares daughter Sunday.
Prior to Ferne scooping her own show, Sam debuted her parenting programme, The Baby Diaries, in 2016, which followed the TOWIE original on her path to parenthood with baby Paul Tony and her partner Paul Knightley.
It was later claimed that Sam ended her friendship with Ferne after she warned Ferne off Arthur, only for the alleged advice to fall on deaf ears.
Plans: Ferne changed the conversation to Paul Jr and asked if he had started pre-school yet, and Sam candidly admitted she hadn't yet as Paul Sr wasn't keen on the idea
At the time, sources said: 'Sam had made her feelings about him very clear to Ferne and begged her to break off their relationship. But Ferne ignored her advice and that had a detrimental effect on their friendship and they eventually stopped talking.'
Hitting back at the claims, Ferne told MailOnline last year: 'I was hearing that she warned me off Arthur. That is completely untrue and you're hearing it from the horse's mouth. Sam Faiers never met Arthur. After the incident, she was at my birthday and I don't know. There's absolutely no truth in that.
'The reason as far as I'm concerned is that she fell out with me is because I decided to take this show. We had like 15 years of friendship, my first baby is one week apart from her baby and it can still be lovely and all I'll say is it's a terrible shame.'
Moving on: In July last year, Sam admitted her and Ferne 'hadn't seen eye to eye' for the past couple of years, but added that they had reconciled at her sister's hen-do

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
