Married At First Sight star Dino Hira is set to release a tell-all book. 

The meditation coach, 34, spent his time filming the Nine show last year finalising the first draft of the book, which will be available to fans imminently. 

Although exact details of the memoir are being kept under wraps, Daily Mail Australia understands it will reference his time on Married At First Sight.

In keeping with Dino's personality on the show, the book is believed to mostly follow Dino's journey into spirituality over the years. 

'There's far more to Dino than people got to see on the show and he can't wait to get this out,' a source close to the reality personality says. 

'His life has been anything but ordinary and he hopes to inspire people with his story.'

On Friday, Dino appeared to share an excerpt from the book on Instagram, featuring a large quote from Mother Theresa. 

His cryptic post was in honour of International Women's Day.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
