A 19-year-old man was left in a critical condition after being stabbed in the chest on a London bus earlier today.

The teenager was attacked aboard the 134 bus in Muswell Hill, north London - with Scotland Yard officers called to reports of a stabbing at around 4.40pm.

One woman, who asked not to be named, told The Mirror: 'When I arrived the bus was parked, I rushed on to see him and he was collapsed on the back seat, slumped and bleeding. His neck was bent at a strange angle.

'I was told my friend brushed the guy's knee and the guy started on him'.

He was airlifted to hospital where he remains in a critical condition.

In a separate incident, an 18-year-old was stabbed in Edgware Road, west London. Scotland Yard said his injuries were not life-threatening.

The critical incident comes at a time when 26 knife murders took place across the UK from Tuesday January 1st to Thursday March 7. The majority of those knife murders took place in London.

A Met Police spokesman said: 'Anyone with information is asked to call Barnet CID on 101 quoting reference 5259/9MAR, Tweet @MetCC or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.

'If there are any young people who either have information about violence or knife crime, they can visit www.fearless.org where they can pass on information anonymously'.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
