«Breaking News» MAFS star Ines Basic hits back at critics after sharing a photo of herself lifting up her T-shirt

She copped backlash from Married At First Sight fans earlier this week, after sharing a bizarre picture of herself on a bed and lifting up her T-shirt and telling fans to 'show their dad.'

And on Tuesday, Ines Basic hit back, even going as far to compare herself to singer Rihanna. 

Taking to her Instagram story, Ines, 29, shared the same image and told fans: 'I'm really confused as to why it's "inappropriate" for a woman to express her sexuality?'

'Lol. Is this not my body? Do I not live in it? Lol,' she wrote. 

She added: 'Why do we all love Rihanna, give her praise and respect for embracng her sexuality and being comfortable in her own skin?'

'Is it because my platform and voice isn't as large? Or is it because you are threatened by my potential and self belief?'

In the raunchy image, Ines puckers up as she poses and flashes her trim stomach, wearing a rolled-up T-shirt and high-waisted jeans.

Twitter users were left completely baffled by the image and accompanying text, with one person writing: 'Showed my dad. He said he really didn't wanna see it. Soz.' 

Another social media user wrote: 'Oh, Ines. You're a mess'.

Summarising much of the fan response, one baffled fan tweeted: 'I saw that and wondered WTF [what the f**k] she meant by that.'

The 28-year-old has also changed her approach to makeup, leaving behind her once natural look in favour of striking lipsticks and eyeshadow.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
