«Breaking News» Kate Beckinsale's ex Matt Rife advises her new flame Pete Davidson to 'RUN' and 'be careful'

Kate Beckinsale's ex boyfriend Matt Rife doesn't seem to have high hopes for her new relationship with Pete Davidson.

The comic shaded his ex when he advised Pete to 'run' from the 45-year-old actress while speaking with TMZ on Monday night.

Ironically, the outlet caught up with Matt outside of the Laugh Factory in Los Angeles where he had originally met the Underworld star.

Matt and Kate dated for a year when he was 21-years-old and she 43.  

Meanwhile, this weekend Kate confirmed that her new man is none other than Ariana Grande's ex-fiance Pete Davidson.

The pair flaunted their newfound romance with a display of over-the-top tongue kissing during a hockey game.

When asked what advice he has for Pete, Matt tried to avoid answering but eventually told TMZ that the SNL star should 'run.' 

Happy? Matt Rife said that Pete should 'enjoy it' while he can and hoped the pair were happy

Wow! When asked what advice he had for Pete when it came to dating Kate, Matt said 'RUN!'

'Man to man?' Matt asked. 'Run!'

He followed that up telling the 25-year-old to 'enjoy it while you can.'

Pete and Kate both seemed to be enjoying themselves immensely at the New York Rangers versus Washington Capitals game in NYC on Sunday.

All eyes, however, were on Pete and Kate's rampant PDA as they kissed, candoodled and held hands during the game. 

The love-sesh made for an awkward moment for Queer Eye star Antoni Porowski who was seated right next to them.

'Man to man? Run!' Matt advised the SNL star about his burgeoning new relationship

'I hope they're both happy,' Rife told TMZ on Monday.

But then went on to warn Ariana's ex to 'be careful.'

Matt admitted that it had been 'a while' since he'd last spoken to his ex and, while he also knows Davidson, hasn't been in contact with him recently.

The boyish comedian described his relationship with the beautiful Brit as 'complicated.'

Adding that during their year in a romantic relationship together there were 'a lot of ups and downs.'

As for a possible reconciliation with The Widow actress should the scenario present itself, Matt emphatically said no, 'not a chance.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
