«Breaking News» Trump's former business partner and real estate mogul sued for $50million by his three sons

Donald Trump's former business partner is being sued for $50million by his three sons who say the billionaire real estate developer refuses to give them access to their slice of the family fortune.

Elie Hirschfeld, 69, is refusing to hand over their cut of the family's assets, according to his estranged children Benjamin, 21, Jonathan, 20, and 19-year-old Matthew.

They are said to want $50 million in damages plus parts of the real estate and access to a trust.

Hirschfeld, who split from their mother Susan in 2009, faces claims he is refusing to hand over interests transferred to them when they were young, Page Six reports.

He is understood to have given the boys interests in several New York and New Jersey buildings as children. They say he now refuses to give them any information on the properties, including 328, 330 and 336 East 61st Street and 218 East 79th Street.

The boys' attorney Jay Freiberg said: 'We met with Elie’s lawyers, and they continued a pattern that has been ongoing for a long time of obfuscation and hiding these assets. The boys didn’t want to rush into this, but their hand was forced.'

Court papers say: 'Now, with Elie estranged from his three children, who have all recently reached the age of majority, Elie refuses to acknowledge plaintiffs’ interest in these properties or to account for the income these properties have been earning since these interests were irrevocably transferred to plaintiffs.

'Elie has hidden these interests from his children and continues to cover up these interests in an effort to defraud the plaintiffs.

'Indeed, a note by Elie contains the following "[o]nly liability is kids may sue me later".

'Plaintiffs now have their voices and are determined to receive from their father what rightfully belongs to them.'

Elie, president of Hirschfeld Properties and son of the late Abe Hirschfeld, told The New York Post: 'The most innocent explanation for these meritless claims, dating back over 10 years, is that my sons and their lawyer simply are misinformed.

'Unfortunately, another likely explanation is that the claims are another in a series of legal battles related to the contentious divorce between me and my sons’ mother.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
