«Breaking News» Trump tweets 'this is a national emergency' and shares a video of 247 immigrants crossing border

President Donald Trump posted a video of 247 undocumented immigrants crossing the New Mexico border in an attempt to show how 'this is a national emergency.' 

The tweet features an infrared clip of the large group - that was comprised of Central American families and unaccompanied children - making their way across the fence at the Antelope Wells port of entry.

Trump's propaganda left out that all of the undocumented immigrants turned themselves in to port authorities, with 15 families even requesting medical attention after they were apprehended.

'This is a National Emergency,' said Trump in the tweet

U.S. Border Patrol agents collected all of the immigrants in January and many asked for political asylum, reports the Albuquerque Journal.  

The tweet comes a day after Trump rejected an effort by Congress to block the emergency declaration he'd used to circumvent lawmakers as he tried to shake loose funds for his long-promised wall along the U.S.-Mexico border. 

The monthslong confrontation now moves to the courts, but not before marking a new era of divided government in Washington and Republicans' increasing independence from the White House.

'Congress has the freedom to pass this resolution,' Trump said, 'and I have the duty to veto it.'

A dozen defecting Republicans joined Senate Democrats in approving the joint resolution on Thursday as both parties strained to exert their power in new ways. It is unlikely that Congress will have the two-thirds majority required to override Trump's veto, though House Democrats will try nonetheless on March 26.

Despite the reproach, Trump seized the opportunity to publicly rebuff Congress and show his commitment to the border wall. In embracing the opportunity to deploy the constitutional power of the veto for the first time, he treated the occasion with all the traditional pomp of a bill-signing.

Trump was surrounded in the Oval Office by supporters, including law enforcement officials. Trump dramatically signed his veto message and then held the document up for the cameras to capture.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
