The Duchess of Cambridge's much-lauded design for the Chelsea Flower Show is at risk of being overshadowed by a garden submitted by a charity endorsed by her sister-in-law.
Meghan-backed Camfed is set to display rival garden, inspired by climate change designed to bring 'rural Africa to central London' at this year's show, which is scheduled for 21-25 May.
The organisation, which supports the education of girls, is supported by the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, with Meghan meeting with the charity's Africa director on International Women's Day earlier this month.
However to try and stop Kate's woodland space from being eclipsed by the vibrant African design, Camfed were reportedly asked not to use a picture of Harry surrounded by Zimbabwean girls to promote its garden, reports the Sunday Times.

A source from the charity told the paper: 'It's because the Duchess of Cambridge is co-designing a garden... The palace is worried about mixed messaging.'
However Kensington Palace have denied this, saying the decision about the picture was made by administrators as the Duke of Sussex had 'no official interaction with designing the Chelsea garden', although he is 'incredibly supportive' of the charity.
The two garden designs set to be built for the Chelsea show are strikingly different.
Kate's garden design - called the RHS Back To Nature Garden - is set in a woodland and hopes to be a space where families and communities can connect with nature.
There will be a stream and tree house complete with a swing seat, so that children can play while visiting the garden.
The Duchess of Cambridge designed the area with landscape architects Andree Davies and Adam White of Davies White Landscape Architects.

When plans for the garden design were released Sue Biggs, RHS Director General, said: 'There are many sensory elements to help children to learn.
'Active play in the fresh air is also important for a child's development and getting back to nature has been shown to be good for developing creativity, increasing physical activity and reducing stress.'
On the other hand, the 'vibrant and bold' Camfed eco-garden, designed by Jilayne Rickards, will use plants with edible fruit, flowers, leaves or roots, to show the importance of horticulture as a source of food and income in Zimbabwe.
Ms Rickards was inspired to create the space by the people she met during a trip to Zimbabwe and in particular a woman called Beauty.

The charity's website explains how Beauty runs her own farming business after using educational and training opportunities opened up to her by Camfed.
The Sunday Times reports that after Meghan appeared with the charity's Africa director Murimirwa on International Women's Day visits to their website doubled.
After the May show, Camfed's garden will move to the Eden Project in Cornwall.
Kate is also set to design two more RHS Gardens with a landscape artictect for displays at RHS Hampton Court and RHS Garden Wisley in Surrey later this year.
The two royal couples have faced rumours of a rift in recent months with news being announced earlier this week that their households will split.
The Queen has agreed to the creation of a Household for The Duke and Duchess of Sussex and given permission for it to be based at Buckingham Palace.

As part of the shake-up, Harry and Meghan have named PR guru Sara Latham - who has worked for Bill and Hillary Clinton - as their new head of communications.
The new Household is likely to be created following the birth of the couple's first child, expected in April.
However the royal couple's will still work together and make joint appearances.
Last week Meghan and Kate had two engagements together at the Commonwealth Day service at Westminster Abbey.
Just days before this they attended a reception to mark the 50th anniversary of Prince Charles' investiture as Prince of Wales at Buckingham Palace.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
