Amber Turner and Dan Edgar, 28, called it quits over the Christmas period after a one-year tumultuous relationship.
And the 25-year-old TOWIE star's best pals Chloe Meadows and Courtney Green said she's 'just as confused as anyone else' by his new relationship with Chloe Sims, 36.
Courtney, 23, revealed exclusively to MailOnline: 'She's not even fuming, she's just so confused. She doesn't believe it's true, like "what is going on?' listen I feel for her. She has spoken to Dan.'

They also explained that it was difficult for the reality star, who has been axed from the show, to sit out filming of new series in Thailand, where Dan and Chloe were said to have begun their relationship.
Chloe M went on: 'That's the thing is that we didn't have any answers for her, we were speaking to her a lot and we were saying we couldn't work it out. It was completely out of the blue.'
Speaking about Chloe, Dan and Diags' friendship, Courtney added that they 'have always been these three best friends who are always flirty with each other, so if Chloe sat in Dan's lap I wouldn't even blink an eye and think "she fancies him".'
Amber is also said to be feeling 'confused' and 'betrayed' by Dan and Chloe's new relationship, as she told her friends that she 'didn't see this coming'.

Explaining in more detail, Courtney told MailOnline: 'She's thinking now about Chloe "Have you fancied my boyfriend the whole time we've been friends?"'
According to Chloe M, the 36-year-old deserves to be with 'someone a bit older' who 'has got their s**t together' and can help her with her child, which she doesn't believe Dan can do.
She elaborated: 'Dan's not husband material. He's a nice boy, he doesn't know what he wants. He cannot be shacked up with being step-dad, like come on.'
While Courtney agreed: 'He doesn't want a relationship. If it does work then I will applaud them because we're doubting it.'

Their comments come after Chloe told The Sun that she and Dan were dating after four years of friendship, and had already confessed that he 'could be the one.'
The reality star confessed on Tuesday: 'Me and Dan are just seeing how it goes. We have grown close over four years of friendship. He could be the one.'
Chloe continued to detail their shiny new romance by revealing that their foundation was built on trust.
'The idea that it was a holiday fling in Thailand made it sound cheap! I am not a fling type of girl and I wouldn’t cry my eyes out about a fling. There's a lot of mutual respect there.

This comes after Chloe revealed her true feelings for Dan as they discussed their budding romance during Sunday's edition of The Only Way Is Essex.
The reality star laid her cards on the table as she admitted she'd 'marry him right now' during their candid talk, while Dan was weary over the 'pressure' of their relationship - leaving fans doubtful about his emotions towards her.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
