Great Britain narrowly beat Sweden to take the team dressage bronze at the World Equestrian Games in North Carolina behind winners Germany and second-placed USA.
Three-time Olympic gold medallist Charlotte Dujardin secured the most points for the UK contingent with a 77.764 on Freestyle, while London 2012 team-mate Carl Hester posted a 77.283 on Hawtins Delicato.
Solid rides by Spencer Wilton and Emile Faurie, scoring 74.581 and 72.795 on Super Nova II and Dono di Maggio respectively, saw the Britons score a total of 229.628 - only 0.172 more than the Swedes.

Nonetheless it was a respectable result given the age of their horses, three of which were younger than 12.
The hosts enjoyed a podium finish after a brilliant performance by Laura Graves, whose 81.537 saw the USA on their way to a total of 233.136.
But the comprehensive winners were Germany, three of whom were on the team that won gold at the 2016 Rio Olympics.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
