«Breaking News» Peter Andre visibly irked as Piers Morgan probes him over Katie Price's claims he is 'selfish'

Peter Andre was quietly seething with rage after Piers Morgan questioned him over Katie Price's claims he was 'selfish hypocrite' on Tuesday. 

During his appearance on Good Morning Britain, the singer, 46, was forced to watch his ex-wife's interview on the show, where she slammed him for not letting her film their children Junior, 13, Princess, 11, for her reality show, My Crazy Life.

Commenting on the clip, Piers, 54, probed: 'This is Katie saying you won't allow your kids to star in her reality show and that you're a hypocrite. How do you respond to that?'

To which, Pete vented: 'Piers you should know me by now that I never talk about these things publicly. I never have. Why would I do that? I would never do that.'

Trying to diffuse the tension, Susanna Reid interjected: 'To be fair Peter if someone makes an accusation about you on air it's only fair that we put that to you for your response. 

'You weren't in a position to respond when Katie said, we didn't know how you would respond.'

He then tried to change the subject, grinning manically as he said: 'How are you? I should be a politician.' 

The Mysterious Girl hitmaker went on to discuss his brief appearance as the Teen Angel in the Grease UK Tour. 

Pete's appearance on GMB comes just a week after Katie appeared on the show, where she continued her angry tirade against him. 

She said: 'Well, I'll tell you about husband number one. I'm really cheesed off with Pete. He wont allow me to film with them or do photoshoots with the children.

‘So when people watch my show, they’re going to think “Well, where’s Junior and Princess? 

‘He won’t allow me to film with them, he won’t allow me to do photoshoots with them and he’s being such a hypocrite. 

'But unfortunately at this stage, you need both parents’ permission. So I just want to put it out there that he’s really selfish and the kids miss out on it.’  

But Piers didn't give her an easy time of it on the show and said her life was 'one of perpetual chaos' and said: 'Is there one time when you think, "I should grow up?"'   

Katie and Peter married in September 2005 after meeting on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! before separating in 2009.

She then shocked by going onto marry MMA fighter Alex Reid before marrying Kieran Hayler in January 2013.

Children: Katie has son Junior, 13, and daughter Princess, 11, with Peter (pictured together) 

Piers didn't hold back at all during the show and asked her at the start: 'What’s going on with your love life? Do you want to get back with your husband? The last one?’ 

But Katie didn't want to talk about love rat Kieran Hayler, which she has children Jett, five and Bunny, four. 

Katie  share on Instagram several furious cryptic Instagram posts aimed at Peter about 'hypocrite parents'.  

In the seven posts, which have since been deleted, Katie claimed she had been 'silenced', with a source exclusively telling MailOnline they're about the singer. 

Katie's Instagram showed several different memes about separated parents using their children against each other as 'weapons' just days after she wished her second ex-husband a happy birthday, calling him a 'great dad'.

 She said: 'Well, I'll tell you about husband number one. I'm really cheesed off with Pete. He wont allow me to film with them or do photoshoots with [the children.]' (pictured in 2004)

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
