Trouble for Meghan Markle and the royal family has only continued as it was revealed someone picked up an 'outrageous' TV comedy pilot the duchess filmed in 2011 with plans to finally air it.
Before she met Prince Harry, the 37-year-old starred on USA's hit drama Suits and had a plethora of other appearances on TV shows and movies. Meghan has since given up her acting career, potentially at the request of Queen Elizabeth II, to focus on her duties as Prince Harry's wife.
But actor Max Greenfield revealed a TV movie he filmed with Meghan from 2011 was picked up by an executive while attending The Late Late Show with James Corden Monday night.
Trouble: Meghan Markle, 37, (pictured on March 11) gave up her acting career after getting engaged to Prince Harry. But a TV comedy movie she filmed in 2011 is set to release
Throwback: Actor Max Greenfield (pictured) revealed on The Late Late Show with James Corden that he was recently sent an email about the TV movie getting picked up
'It was called like, "The Girls and Boys Guide To Getting Down,"' Max, 38, told James, 40, after admitting he was not in touch or friends with Meghan despite filming together.
'It was a pilot for Comedy Central; Adam Pally was in it.'
Risque: The movie (pictured is the poster) reveals it is a 'real life guide to sex, drugs and bad behavior'
The TV movie, which is described as a 'real life guide to sexy, drugs, and bad behavior', was filmed prior to Meghan landing her role on Suits and never went anywhere.
But nearly a decade later, someone has purchased the pilot with the intention to release it.
'I got some sort of email recently saying, "This person has bought it and they're putting it out" and I was like, "Great, good for you,"' Max said.
'I would assume they have their reasons as to why they are putting it out.'
The interest in the long-shelved pilot probably comes as Meghan's notoriety has accelerated since first filming for Comedy Central in 2011.
Her fame alongside Prince Harry makes the TV movie an easy way for the mystery buyer to make money.
According to IMDB, the pilot 'takes you through a night of partying in L.A.' It is described as 'funny' and 'somewhat outrageous' while offering advice to viewers on the ins and outs of partying.
Throwback: The movie starring both Max and Meghan (both pictured in 2011) focuses on the Los Angeles partying scene and reportedly includes 'outrageous' partying moments
Reminiscing: Max revealed he and Meghan didn't really hit it off after filming together. He joking said he would've 'played his card differently' had he known who she would become
Difficult: Meghan has since given up acting, but her past roles are coming back into the spotlight. There is doubt Queen Elizabeth or royal officials are pleased with the news
Not only does the Comedy Central pilot include hook-ups but also a variety of substances being used by the partygoers.
'[The film] gives partiers helpful tips about which substances should not be mixed, how to approach potential hook-ups, avoid undesirables [and] basically have a good time without completely destroying yourself,' the plot read on IMDB.
There is doubt Queen Elizabeth II or royal officials will be pleased with the release of the TV movie long after it was filmed with the duchess.
During the interview with James Corden, Max revealed his interactions with Meghan ended after they filmed in 2011.
'Meghan and I...we didn't connect after that or during that,' Max admitted during the interview. '...Had I known, I maybe would've played my cards a little differently.'
The actor, who currently stars in The Neighborhood, jokingly expressed his regrets for not befriending the future Duchess of Sussex as he was not invited to the wedding last May.
Meghan's last role happened in 2018 where she said goodbye to her longtime cast on Suits at the end of the seventh season.
It remains unclear who purchased the rights to the TV movie and when it is expected to release of the public.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
