'She also struggled to sell tickets for the American leg of her No Shame tour last year — and pulled out of two dates, in Chicago and Minneapolis, due to an inflamed throat and vocal cords.'
'There were some disagreements with her management and they decided it was best for them to go their separate ways. It's a big blow for Lily because IE: Music could have really helped her build her commercial success back up.'
It has been reported that the star is now being managed by her ex boyfriend Seb Chew, who she broke up with in 2007.
Mail Online have contacted Lily's representatives for comment.

Lily recently spoke about the 'endless joy' her two daughters Marnie, five, and Ethel, seven, bring to her, admitting that she feels guilty about missing their early years.
The pop star was speaking on Dolly Alderton's Love Stories podcast when she shared her fear that they will 'suffer' because of it in later life.
Discussing her 'everlasting love' for her two children, Lily said: 'My children are amazing little human beings. They are just an endless source of joy and entertainment - I'm fascinated by them.'
Lily explained how she made the decision to return to music with her third album Sheezus and tour with it in 2014, not long after her children were born.
Departure: The source went on, 'There were some disagreements with her management and they decided it was best for them to go their separate ways'
She said: 'I felt awful about not being as present as I could be in their really early years because those are so important. They will suffer and that will come back to get them at some point.
'Knowing what I do know now, [parenting] is about being there for them as much as I can now and telling them that I love them so much. But not too much, because if you say that you love them then you're not there, they question it and internalise it.
'I want them to be as stable and healthy and happy as they can be because they will go on to achieve whatever they want.'
Last October, Lily publicly blamed her ex-husband Sam Cooper for 'blocking her' from taking her children with her on the tour five years ago.
Lily had said: ‘I had always assumed I’d chuck my kid over my shoulder and take them around the world. But Sam didn’t want that. He didn’t think it was a stable environment for them.
‘I think it was quite selfish. He got to stay at home and have the family that I’d just spent three years making inside me. I had to go out and earn money and leave that family behind.’
Speaking to Dolly, Lily said she wrote the Sheezus album in order to earn money for her family, but it broke her heart to be away from her children for long periods of time.

Speaking to the ...
It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
