She landed in the French capital just hours after attending her husband Kanye West's church service in Los Angeles, California.

And Kim Kardashian proved there's no rest for the wicked as she stepped out for dinner at upscale restaurant Ferdi in Paris on Monday afternoon.

The TV personality, 38, ensured all eyes were on her as she slipped into a sparkling grey unitard, which highlighted her curvaceous figure.

It's Kim's second trip to Paris in a month, after she hit the Fashion Week shows at the beginning of March. 

The busy star was seen on Sunday morning enjoying her now regular church meeting in a hidden away area in the hills of Los Angeles. 

Kim matched her eldest daughter North, five , who looked adorable in her snakeskin outfit as she danced along to the music.

Music is led by her musician husband Kanye, 41, who launched the service on January 6, with the choir often seen performing renditions of his own songs.

The event, which has included stars like DMX taking the stage to preach, has been attended by the Hollywood elite including Katy Perry, Orlando Bloom and Courtney Love. 

But the latest service was interrupted when at least two LAPD officers were called to investigate 'noise complaints from neighbors.' 

Sources on the scene of the location-hopping, invite-only Christian service on Sunday reported that after the cops arrived, 'celebrities started leaving.'

Kim is keeping busy with family and work ahead of the birth of her fourth child via surrogate in May. 

Kanye meanwhile has been recording his long-delayed ninth studio album Yandhi.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
