It's called Billionaire's Row for a reason - the flashest and most expensive apartments in New York City line the streets just south of Central Park.
A new rental listing is giving people a first look inside 220 Central Park South. An apartment can be yours for $59,000-a-month if you feel like renting a place that would otherwise cost hundreds of millions of dollars to buy.
And what do you get for such astronomical pricing? Great views of Central Park, of course!
The bathrooms are lined with black and white marble but also offer floor-to-ceiling windows with views of Central Park
The main living room has huge windows that overlook Central Park and look towards northern Manhattan
The apartment is quite traditional in its basic decor with white oak herringbone flooring
The realtor have helpfully given prospective buyers a look at the view of Central Park from the 40th floor apartment
Incredibly, the developers of the exclusive address have managed to keep the interiors of the apartments a closely guarded secret, until now.
Developer Vornado Realty Trust even refused to release images of the insides of the units according to the New York Post.
This weekend, a new listing was posted showcasing an apartment on the 40th floor which gives the slightest glimpse as to what tens of millions of dollars can buy.
The apartment comes with three bedrooms and 3½ bathrooms. A corner 36x18 foot living & dining room has views looking north and east giving great views of Central Park and other parts of the Midtown skyline.
This view from overhead shows how the sky scraper dominates over all the other towers and smaller buildings around it
Marble, marble everywhere! No expense was spared on the marble-clad bathroom
The wood flooring continues into the kitchen where a marble island in the center gives plenty of space for budding cooks
The kitchen contains many straight lines and with its light colored wood it makes the space particularly pleasing on the eye
The apartment has three bedrooms each of which has an en-suite bathroom and a powder room
Other windows allow residents to look towards to the Upper East Side, Harlem and in the distance, the George Washington Bridge.
The kitchen, which comes with state-of-the art Miele and Sub-Zero appliances and a white marble center island, overlooks Columbus Circle.
In the bedroom, the master suite comes together with a black and white marble-clad bathroom with a soaking tub that also looks out to Central Park.
But for $59,000-a-month guests get more than just fantastic views. The building comes with an 25-meter saltwater pool, fitness center, squash court, library, screening room and outdoor terraces.
A number of high-profile names have already purchased their own posh pads in the building including hedge-funder Ken Griffin, Albert Behler the chairman and chief executive of real estate investment trust Paramount Group who paid $33.5 million for a place on the 35th-floor.
Two floors below, Brazilian billionaire Renata de Camargo Nascimento $33.5 million paid $30.19 million for an apartment. Also, musician Sting and his wife, Trudie Styler, are reported to have bought a place in the building.
There are three bathrooms in the 3,114-square-foot home which sold for around $21 million and is now available to rent
The pictures are a rare peek inside one of the building’s apartments which until now had no public listings
Superb views of the building can also be had from those looking up from down on the ground - wishing they lived up there!
The tower is the latest in a series of high rise apartment blocks to spring up on what has been termed Billionaire's Row in NYC

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
