«Breaking News» Fitness fan Kate Wright shares snap of herself having a 'pizza party'

She is known for her love of fitness and often hits the gym with her fiancé Rio Ferdinand.

But Kate Wright, 27, showed she isn't afraid to indulge every now and then as she shared a snap of herself standing front of dozens of pizza boxes on her 'cheat day'.

Smiling from ear to ear in the photo, she wrote: 'When I cheat .... I don’t do it in halves. Pizza party.'

Kate's most recent post before that was a snap of herself working out at home with a slam ball where she joked she was 'letting her aggression out'.

The former TOWIE star recently opened up about her struggles with anxiety. 

In the lengthy Instagram post, she penned: 'One of my New Years resolutions is to accept myself, something I struggle with. 

'Anyone that knows me well knows I suffer with bad anxiety & really struggle to love myself.

'Most days are a battle with what’s going on in my head. I’ve sort of kept this off social media as I’ve been to scared to share it, and the less I shared the more distant instagram is from my daily life... that’s going to change this year.

'I’m going to give more of the ups and downs, not just the fun times. 

'This year I will not let society’s views on who I should be and what I should look like effect me.

'I have been so busy making sure everyone else if ok that I have forgot about looking after myself properly .... This year I am working on me; mind, body, soul.'

Kate started dating Rio in early 2017, two years after he tragically lost his wife and the mother of his children, Rebecca Ellison, 34, following a short battle with cancer.

Rio proposed to Kate in front of his children in November in a romantic gesture while the family where on holiday to Abu Dhabi.

Taking to her Instagram account at the time to share the happy news with her followers on Thursday morning, Kate wrote: 'The perfect end to our holiday ... How could the answer not be yes.

The former England star proudly revealed he had included his kids in his proposal plans, and praised them for keeping the secret for so long.

Posting a sweet snap of the trio watching the special moment, he wrote: 'She said yes. How these 3 kids kept it a secret I'll never know.

Kate has spoken about her close relationship with Rio's children, revealing they are keen for her to have a baby so they have another sibling to play with.

Speaking in an interview with the Daily Mail's YOU magazine earlier this year, Kate said: 'The kids would like a little brother or sister; they say, "I dreamed that you were pregnant". But right now we're just happy with our little unit.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
