Chanelle Hayes has shared the results of her two stone weight loss, providing herself with motivation to keep going with her fitness journey.
The reality star, 31, shared two snaps of herself side by side, one taken in October 2017 and the other in May 2018.
Chanelle was previously a size 20 and has said her goal is to get down to a size ten.

Alongside her post, she wrote: 'So these pictures are about 17 months apart. (Excuse the animal on my shoulder btw) I have always fluctuated with my weight (I’m greedy and once I fall off the wagon it takes a lot to get back on).
'The first one was taken at the end of October 2017 and I did get down to a similar weight to the last pic in May 2018 but fell off plan over summer 2018 and was back up to more than 15 stone for my birthday.
'Since the end of November 2018 I have stuck to my plan (odd treats few and far between) and have now got down to lower than I was last May.'
The former Big Brother star told how she is still on her weight loss journey and feels she is on the 'right road'.

She wrote: 'I still want to lose another 2 stone AT LEAST, maybe 3. (either way I would still be within a healthy BMI). I am still overweight at the moment which is hard because I feel amazing as I’ve lost loads but then disheartened as I’m still bigger than I want to be.
'I just have to remember I am on the right road and consistency, determination AND PATIENCE is key.
'I measure inch loss as well because sometimes I stay the same weight but get smaller which I don’t mind.
'To give you an accurate idea of dress sizes, I was 18 now I’m 14 and I want to be a comfortable 10.

'I like having a big bum and I’m lucky that my waist is naturally the smallest part of me but I need to focus a lot of my gym time on my arms as they’ve always been big and a problem area for me even when I was a size 6. Just thought I would post my progress so far to keep myself motivated.'
Chanelle previously discussed diet and body image during an interview on This Morning.
She said: 'I've got the will power of a sloth I've really struggled, what's hurtful is when people say to me, I got a message saying you know you can be slim AND be a mum.
'They're still being said they could say it to anybody, sometimes it really does hit a nerve...
'It is nasty and it's extremely upsetting but like I say it usually doesn't bother me but it did bother me this time, there's this week in the month because I'm getting all teared up now!'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
