«Breaking News» Mueller told Barr and Rosenstein 3 WEEKS AGO that they would have to decide obstruction of justice

Attorney General William Barr was able to decide within 48 hours whether to charge President Donald Trump with obstruction of justice because he had a three-week head start, a Justice Department official said Monday.

Special Counsel Robert Mueller informed Barr and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein around March 1 that he would not be reaching any conclusions about whether Trump tried to interfere with a counterintelligence probe into Russia's 2016 election interference.

Mueller laid out both sides of the argument and left it up to Barr and Rosenstein, who decided there was insufficient evidence to sustain a criminal charge.

The special counsel did rule out what had been a more bombshell-inducing allegation – that the president and his campaign aides actively colluded with Moscow to tilt the election away from Democrat Hillary Clinton.

Attorney General William Barr seemed to make a quick decision between Friday and Sunday about whether the special counsel's funal report contained enough evidence to charge President Trump with obstruction of justice, but he had a three-week head start

But the issue of obstruction remained an open question on Monday, with Democrats complaining Barr was disqualified from making the call because of his past statements.

Barr wrote in a memo last year, before Trump considered him for the top Justice Department job, that because presidents supervise the Department of Justice, it's legally impossible for them to obstruct any of the agency's criminal probes.

Democrats have complained since early in 2017 that the president stepped in the way of the DOJ counterintelligence investigations that later gave way to the special counsel.

Trump fired his FBI director James Comey in May 2017 and later said in an NBC News interview that 'this Russia thing' was one factor in his mind at the time – a significant enough issue to have guaranteed Comey's firing.

Mueller presided over a 22-month investigation that cleared Trump and his 2016 campaign of the allegation that they collluded with Russia to help the president beat Hillary Clinton, but he left the question about obstruction of justice open for Barr and Rosenstein to resolve

That, Democrats have said, was a form of obstructing justice.

They have delivered the same verdict on what Comey claims was an attempt to get him to back off an investigation of Gen. Michael Flynn, who had briefly been Trump's first national security adviser.

Flynn was ousted from the White House for lying to Vice President Mike Pence about his contacts with Russia's then-ambassador to the U.S., Sergey Kislyak.

Comey claimed later that Trump asked him to go easy on the retired three-star general.

Flynn ultimately pleaded guilty to lying to federal investigators about his Russia contacts. He has yet to be sentenced.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
