Jermaine Pennant has confirmed he and his wife Alice Goodwin did split over the festive period, after a row which saw them unfollow each other on social media.
In an exclusive interview with MailOnline, the Celebrity Big Brother star, 36, revealed the couple had ended things, but have since reconciled following the 'immature' clash.
Jermaine's revelations come as he and Alice are set to appear on a celebrity special of Your Face Or Mine next month, where they are grilled about the biggest secrets of their five-year marriage.

During his exclusive interview, Jermaine revealed that he and Alice had clashed after the pressure of being in the public eye became too much, alongside disagreements over renewing their wedding vows.
The former footballer explained that he jetted to Turkey for a golf trip straight after the clash, which led to the claims that the couple had split over the festive period.
However, Jermaine went onto confirm that they have since reunited and are stronger than ever, and that they are still planning on renewing their vows.

Jermaine also admitted that he and Alice had been 'immature' in their behaviour following the clash, having both removed their wedding rings in subsequent social media posts.
His revelations also come ahead of his and Alice's joint appearance on Your Face Or Mine, and the star teased they were certainly put through their paces by hosts Jimmy Carr and Katherine Ryan.
The couple have been at the centre of much scrutiny, after Jermaine sparked rumours he had cheated on Alice with kidnap victim Chloe Ayling in the Celebrity Big Brother house.

While he insisting that nothing ever happened between them, Chloe revealed that she had no idea Jermaine was married while inside the house, and Alice admitted back in October that their marriage turned 'hostile' among the fallout.
Appearing on Jeremy Kyle, the couple revealed his saucy behaviour in the Borehamwood compound nearly broke their relationship.
Discussing the painful aftermath of his exit from the house Jermaine said: 'The first conversation it was text, when I came out of the house she wasn't there, I asked my manager where's Alice and he winced.

Sources then claimed earlier this month that Jermaine and Alice had split after five years of marriage, but reconciled just 24 hours later.
An insider told The Sun Online: 'Like all couples, Jermaine and Alice have their differences but they are determined to keep the family unit together.'
Jermaine also spoke to MailOnline about his relationship with CBB star Roxanne Pallett, who only recently emerged from hiding after claiming that housemate Ryan Thomas punched her.
The star said that he had had no further contact with Roxanne after he was shown the so-called incident during his exit interview in September, and went onto imply she deserved the public backlash.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
