«Breaking News» Home and Away's Sam Frost reveals her mental health struggles

She rose to fame as The Bachelorette in 2014 before going on to star on long-running soap Home and Away. 

And now, Sam Frost, 29, has reflected on her mental health struggles while covering Women's Health magazine.

The reality star-turned-TV actress oozed confidence while flaunting her figure in red bikini bottoms and a white zip-up bikini top.

In an Instagram post on Sunday, the bubbly blonde said her interview with Women's Health, which hits newsstands on Monday, reveals the 'rawest version of me'.

She said the interview also gives fans a glimpse into her relationship with navy diver Dave Bashford, and how her mental health issues affect their relationship. 

'I thought it was important to open up and share the rawest version of me... including the parts of my personality that I don't particularly like,' she wrote.

'...The struggles my relationship has due to my ongoing mental health battles & how we're now the strongest we've ever been. I hope sharing my story brings strength & light to others.'

On Sunday, Sam revealed to Confidential she uses a moderator on her social media accounts in order to weed out online bullying. 

'I have a very long list of words in my comments moderator - everything you could possibly think of,' she said.

Sam went on to reveal one of the nasty comments: 'Someone was telling me that I had a moustache.'

Sam, who rose to fame on the Bachelor and Bachelorette, has long been a crusader for mental health, and in June last year, created the website Believe by Sam Frost.   

Believe by Sam Frost is a collaborative project between Sam and her sister Kristine, aimed at providing 'help with navigating the sometimes toxic world of social media'.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
