Brian McFadden narrowly missed out on a position in Dancing On Ice's grand finale next week as he was eliminated on Sunday's edition of the series.
The former Westlife singer, 38, who was partnered with Alex Murphy, battled it out against Saara Aalto and Hamish Gaman during the tense skate-off, but was sent home after taking a tumble on the ice.
After performing a number of impressive lifts, the musician was left embarrassed after he lost control and dropped the professional skater, 30, on the rink.

Assuring viewers both him and Alex were still in good shape after their fall, he shared: 'I've had such a fun time.'
All four of the judges - Jason Gardiner, Ashley Banjo, Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean - opted to save the former X Factor star Saara, 31, who skated to Jessie J's Who You Are for a place in the final.
Proving feedback, judge Jason, 47, shared: 'Two valiant skate offs might I add. Two incredible committed celebrities that have come on here and been hardworking.
'It pains me to say it - had you not have fallen Brian, this would have been a very different outcome. The person I'm saving is Saara and Hamish.'

Diversity's Ashley, 30, added: 'Brian don't beat yourself up too much though. That's what happens and that's the reality of the competition. It's tough.
'So well done for getting this far. But I think we have to judge on what we see in the skate off and before the fall, it wasn't a foregone conclusion. But based on what I saw, I have to save Saara and Hamish.'
Chris, 60, also told hosts Philip Scholfield and Holly Willoughby: 'I want to save both. I would like to see both in the final but unfortunately we can't. So based on the performance in the skate off, tonight I'm saving Saara and Hamish.'
In agreement with the panel, Jayne, 61, said she would have voted for Saara and Hamish.
Joining Finnish singer Saraa in the final are Love Island's Wes Nelson and Strictly star James Jordan.
Elsewhere in the episode, Brian and Alex skated along to Coldplay's Fix You for their first performance of the night.
Bouncing back from his recent shoulder injury, the star lifted his dance partner in the air mid-way through their routine, earning him 33.5 points.
Following his second performance, Brian beamed with delight as he scored 36.5 points for his set to The Beach Boys' Then I Kissed Her.
He revealed the rock band inspired him to join a boyband: 'They're the reason why I started to sing. I went from working in a restaurant to singing at Wembley in three months!'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
