«Breaking News» The Bachelorette's Trista and Ryan Sutter share their marriage secrets

They're the original love-seeking stars, appearing on season one of the Bachelorette. 

And now over 15 years on, Trista and Ryan Sutter have spoken about how they've managed to make their marriage last the test of time. 

Speaking to Us Weekly, the 46-year-old beauty said it was cliche, but it took a lot of time and effort.

Love is still in the air! Original Bachelorette stars Trista and Ryan Sutter opened up about their marriage secrets on Saturday, over 15 years since appearing on the reality TV show (pictured 2003) 

'You just put your time and effort into your marriage, and into each other,' she said.  

'You prioritize each other. You focus on trust and respect and love and friendship, and enjoying each other, enjoying what you love to do together in this life.' 

The former reality star added that communication was also key and as was forgiveness.

She found her knight! Trista and Ryan both appeared on The Bachelorette season one, after Trista came runner-up on season one of The Bachelor 

Following the season back in 2003, the pair married the same year before welcoming two children, son Maxwell, 11, and daughter Blakesley, nine.

And things may have turned out differently for the love birds if they were to appear on the show in 2019. 

Adding to Us, they both agreed that social media would have definitely impacted their relationship.

'It's just another distraction, it's something that pulls you away from the important parts of your relationship,' said Ryan. 

'It puts doubt in your mind. There's so many things that you have to overcome and none of it really makes sense, because it's just someone else pointing out something that probably doesn't matter at all.' 

The pair are currently promoting their original season of The Bachelorette, which is set to air from Monday April 1 on streaming service, Tubi.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
