«Breaking News» Ten acre plot of land in Bel Air goes on sale for $150MILLION

A plot of land in one of Los Angeles’ most expensive neighborhoods is now for sale.

Anyone with $150million in spare change lying around can grab a 10.6-acre tract of real estate in Bel Air - and that’s without even building the house.

The three empty parcels are located just across the street from the exclusive Hotel Bel Air.

Whoever is lucky enough to snap up the plot, which has enough room on which to build a 60,000-square-foot mansion, would immediately become neighbors to celebrities including Jay Z and Beyonce, Elon Musk, and Jennifer Aniston, according to BloombergQuint.

Twenty years ago, the land was carved up into eight distinct lots.

But one individual began buying up the lots and then sold all of them to a developer, Domvs London and Junius Real Estate Partners, which is the real estate investment arm of JPMorgan Chase & Co., in 2014.

After acquiring the eight plots, the new buyers then re-zoned them immediately into three larger tracts of land.

They tried to sell one of them, a three-acre piece of territory, for $45million, in 2015.

After being listed on the market for a year, the owners took it off.

Four years later, the land has been prepped and placed back on the market for $150million.

‘If someone wants to buy one of the three individual lots, we can discuss that with them,’ Barry Watts, the president of Domvs, says.

‘But we found the property appeals to people more as a legacy purchase - we’ve had more inquiries from people saying “I want to buy the whole property”.’

Watts says that his company has spent ‘tens of millions’ of dollars in improving the land.

Among the improvements is the addition of large retaining walls which were built to expand the usable land.

Watts says that the land has been prepared so that it is ‘shovel ready’ - meaning whoever buys it won’t need to ‘spend three to four years of their life going through construction permitting.’

Whoever buys the property can, should they so choose, build a large subterranean level, according to Watts.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
