«Breaking News» TOWIE's Kady McDermott, Myles Barnett and Chloe Lewis 'AXED' along with five other stars

The Only Way Is Essex have axed EIGHT stars in the show's biggest ever cull, and are now on the hunt for a new bevvy of Essex-based cast members.

An ITVBe spokesperson confirmed to MailOnline that six stars have been axed from TOWIE outright, including Myles Barnett and his girlfriend and former Love Island star Kady McDermott - who has only appeared in the reality show for one series.

Chris Clark, Adam Oukhellou, Dean Ralph and Jordan Wright have also been given the boot, whilst Chloe Lewis and Jon Clark both 'mutually agreed' with producers that they wouldn't return for the next series of the show.

According to The Sun, following his split with Courtney Green, Myles has been told that he won't be returning , because he no longer has any 'real friendships' in the cast.

The publication also claims that Jon Clark and Chloe Lewis both 'mutually agreed' with producers that they wouldn't return for the next series.

However, according to the report, Jon's brother Chris Clark has simply been given the boot, along with Yazmin Oukhellou's brother Adam Oukhellou, who was 'overshadowed' by bigger personalities.

In addition, Dean Ralph and Jordan Wright have both been told they won't be returning for the next series after they struggled to 'find their place' in the show, according to the publication.

A source told The Sun: 'TOWIE bosses have had their biggest ever casting drive so far in the show's history.

'Casting producers have been hanging out in all the top Essex hotspots like Sheesh to find the next generation of stars.'

The insider did, however, admit that that some of those who have been given the boot this time around, have previously returned after being axed before.

A TOWIE spokesman told MailOnline: 'Every series we review our cast to ensure we're following the lives of those who are most interesting and willing to share their real lives and relationship highs and lows.'

Chloe Lewis has been dating her boyfriend Danny Flasher for two years, but he has never appeared on the TOWIE.

According to The Sun, Chloe has mutually agreed with producers that she won't be returning as a 'full time cast member'.

Similarly, the publication claimed that Jon Clark and the show's bosses mutually agreed that it's best if he continues to take a break from the show, after he 'struggled with the intensity of TOWIE.'

The TOWIE spokesman also told MailOnline: 'A number of cast have been notified that they’re not being contracted for the start of series 24 as we look to bring in some fresh new faces, however we’ve always maintained that cast can return as and when the timing is right for them and the show.

'It’s how TOWIE has stayed so fresh and exciting for nearly a decade. We remain grateful to every single cast member that has featured in TOWIE and contributed to its huge success.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
