And Dani Dyer has exclusively revealed to MailOnline that her hectic routine meant she only had one day off over Christmas.
The Love Island beauty, 22, was speaking as part of her new activewear launch for In The Style.

Over the festive period, Dani starred in Nativity! The Musical with her EastEnders father Danny Dyer.
However, this resulted in the actress having a very short Christmas and only one day off to celebrate the festivities.
She said: 'Over Christmas I was doing Nativity! The Musical, so my Christmas was really short. I only got one day off! I saw my dad at the shows and Jack in the evenings as it was so busy.
'I didn’t get to overindulge, but Jack & I went to Dubai just after New Year so we got to enjoy all of the amazing food out there.'

However, despite a relaxing getaway, Dani has got an even busier schedule going into 2019 as she's set to present the National Television Awards with her boyfriend Jack Fincham.
She continued: 'Jack & I are presenting backstage at the NTAs later this month and I’m so excited for it. It’ll be our first presenting job together and such a laugh.
'I’m trying not to worry and just enjoy it, because a job like that doesn’t come around often. We’re up for an award too, which is crazy – I hope Love Island wins!'
Dani was talking as part of her new activewear launch for In The Style, her second clothing collaboration with the brand.
Talking about her new collection, she said: 'It’s unbelievable but exciting. This is my second range with In The Style and it's been so much fun to work on.

However, despite being active herself, Dani admitted that she never works out with Jack and that even joked that he's the reason she puts on weight.
She said: 'Never! He does his own thing in the gym and I do mine as our bodies need different things.
'When we have our time together, we’d rather eat a nice dinner and joke to each other "You’re the reason why I put on weight!"'
Talking about her fitness regime, she said: 'It’s very important to me! I always feel better after exercising and I love it.

'I know it makes me feel good, so I have to do it. If I don’t exercise for a while, I feel awful. It’s good for your mind & your body, and it’s nice to notice a change.
'I have a personal trainer at the moment who really pushes me and I always try to do a half-hour run in the mornings.'
Talking about her new collection, she added: 'I really love this range because I’ve made sure that it’s a reasonable price, as well as being nice and fashionable.
'I did a few slogan tops, like "Gym First, Gin Later" as I wanted it to be relatable and fun and there’s a mix of cropped tops and long oversized tops for certain days when you’re not feeling your best (we all have them!).
'I designed it thinking about what I would want to wear. Everyone loves neon and snakeskin at the moment, so I wanted that in my range. I wanted to try it out, and sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t… but it’s had a great response so far!'

And after rising to fame in the Love Island villa over the summer and spending most of her days in a bikini, Dani teased that her next collection will be swimwear.
She said: 'Swimwear will definitely be in summer. I’m also planning to bring out some loungewear in the future.'
However, despite starring alongside her dad Danny in Nativity! The Musical, Dani joked that she can't see her famous father creating his own clothing line anytime soon.
She joked: 'No, he's far too lazy!'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
