«Breaking News» Kate Hudson welcomes her baby with beau Danny Fujukawa.

Kate Hudson has welcomed her third child.

The 39-year-old Almost Famous actress shared the news on Wednesday that her little girl was born the day before. She and boyfriend Danny Fujikawa, 32, chose the name Rani Rose Hudson Fujikawa. 

'We have decided to name our daughter Rani (pronounced Ronnie) after her grandfather, Ron Fujikawa. Ron was the most special man who we all miss dearly. To name her after him is an honor,' wrote the blonde beauty on Instagram.

Kate's three children have three different dads. She shares 14-year-old son Ryder with ex-husband Black Crowes singer Chris Robinson, and Bingham, seven, with former fiance and Muse frontman Matt Bellamy.

One of Hudson's last Instagram posts was with a pal shared four days ago. The beauty wore a clinging tank-dress, which showcased her stunning blooming figure.

They were stood behind a sign which read LOVE.  

The daughter of Goldie Hawn looked to have a bigger bump than her gal pal, who will be 41 weeks on Sunday; pregnancy is full term at 40 weeks.

Last minute shopping: The couple were seen in Los Angeles this weekend

And over the weekend she was showing off her bump in a tie-dye dress as she went shopping with Danny in LA.

The Fabletics founder appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show in late September and warned the host that she could give birth at 'any second.'

She also admitted they haven't chosen a name for her new arrival yet, but she and her beau have a few in mind.

She laughed: 'Let's just say you've probably never had anyone this pregnant on your show. [My] water could go any second.'

And when asked if she or Danny have any ideas for a moniker for their little girl, she said: 'We have a couple of them and we're going to decide when the day comes.'

Kate had her baby shower in September in Los Angeles with jewelry designer Jennifer Meyer and reality TV star Sara Foster as guests.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
