Sarah Byrne has launched a fierce attack on 'game-player' Jasmine Kundra, as she became the first candidate to be booted off The Apprentice on Wednesday evening.
Speaking exclusively to MailOnline, the children’s acting academy owner, 29, slammed the learning and development manager's leading skills, as she revealed she felt blindsided after the 34-year-old brought her into the boardroom following a heated disagreement.
During her time on the BBC show with Sir Alan Sugar, Sarah admitted her impatience could have potentially been what costed her position on the series, but insisted she's happy she left with 'grace'.
She's out! Sarah Byrne has launched a fierce attack on 'game-player' Jasmine Kundra, as she became the first candidate to be booted off The Apprentice on Wednesday evening
The Manchester native, who also boasts an acting career, detailed her thoughts on her tense exchange with Jasmine following their task, slamming the contestant's ‘inflatable ego’.
'I think she brought me in because she had a disagreement with me in the coffee shop. It just shows, as I said, I’m straight talking and true to myself. If I was playing a game I would have kept my mouth shut but I didn’t', she said.
Criticising Jasmine's behaviour, the former actress, who appeared in Channel 4's series Shameless, went on: 'Jasmine went around that coffee shop and she tried to place the blame on everyone but herself. As soon as I said that she went for me. I felt at the time she would talk down to me. Looking back on it, it was a very stressful time.'
'A good leader is someone who says, "you know what you’ve all made today, we need to move forward". She didn’t even say, "well done guys for doing this, well done Sarah for getting two things!".

Spat: The Manchester native, who also boasts an acting career, detailed her thoughts on her tense exchange with Jasmine following their task, slamming the contestant's ‘inflatable ego’
'For someone who is a leader to not congratulate someone, you’ve got to push people forward – that’s how I teach! To see a leader who went onto blame everyone else for losing the task. No surprise there!', she added.
'I think what happened there was a lot of inflated egos in there and I’m very straight. With people who have inflated egos, if you don’t flatter it in the right way then they’ll get annoyed!'
Defending her appearance during her time on the BBC show, she said: 'When I was in the boardroom in front of Karren Brady and Claude Littner, I tried to be as respectful and dignified as possible. I thanked them for the opportunity. I’m glad I went with such grace.'
Sarah, who missed the chance to invest £250,000 in her brand, confessed leaving the series was 'disappointing, but is 'honoured' for the experience, having 'achieved so much in a short space of time'.

Honest: During her time on the BBC show with Sir Alan Sugar, Sarah admitted her impatience could have potentially been what costed her position on the series
While many could be intimidated by Alan's blunt approach on The Apprentice, Sarah revealed she's a fan of the 71-year-old business magnate:
'We got on alright. Looking at the Your Fired episode, he gives me a really nice chat. He said I’m a real grafter and I’m strong and that I’ll go on to do very well. He didn’t have to say that! So deep down it wasn’t really my time.'
She went on to discuss her positive encounters with Karren, 49: 'I really like Karen. She gave me a lot of encouragement. In the show, she actually tried to stick up for me.
On the contrary, Sarah admitted she and Claude, 69, didn't see eye to eye: 'Claude wasn’t a fan of mine. But you know, not everyone can like you and I accept that. If I was to take that to heart, you wouldn’t be able to move on. He’s a very successful man and I’m in awe of everything he’s achieved.

Candidly touching on her imperfections, the Hollyoaks actress admitted she's 'impatient', but insisted her trait 'comes in hand with being passionate.'
'I'm successful already but if I took a step back more patient – I could have been more successful in the process. Disruptive? I don’t think I can be that disruptive because I have a successful business that is growing and growing.'
Speaking on her bright future, Sarah revealed: 'I’m so excited. I’ve opened another academy and I’ve got my management agency so I’m recommending young people for the television and film industry. The show has made me want to do it more. Sometimes a failure leads to success.'
The latest series of The Apprentice continues on BBC One on Wednesdays.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
