A black man wearing a Make America Great Again hat tried to shame a Hooters waitress who asked him if he was a Trump supporter.
YouTube personality Tommy Sotomayor, who calls himself the 'King of Controversy' and has been criticized in the past for his videos about black women, filmed an encounter with the black waitress last week.
In the video, Sotomayor goes up to a table - later revealed to be his own party - and tells them the waitress walked up to him and asked if he was a Trump supporter.
Sotomayor tells the table he said yes, claiming she then flipped her hair and walked away from him.

'Y'all see that young lady right there? Excuse me ma'm, what's your name so we can know?' he says, walking up to the waitress.
'Shay,' she replies.
'Hi Shay, say hello,' he says, pointing the camera at her face.
'No!' she replies, turning her head away.
'That's Shay,' Sotomayor continues, walking back to his party. 'Let me tell y'all what happened with Shay. Now Shay is a waitress for Hooters. Shay walked up to me, saw my hat, and said "Are you a Trump supporter?" while on her job.'
'So this is what I was trying to tell y'all about how, for some reason, our women act like being professional just ain't nothing they gotta do,' he continued.
'Cause I don't care what kind of hat I had on, if you are servicing the people would you then look at a person and say "Do you support Trump?"'
'And then, when I said "yes" she...' he continues, flipping his head back for dramatic effect and appearing to indicate she walked away from him.

'That is f****d up,' one man from Sotomayor's party says. 'And you're spending money here.'

'She saw my hat, and the hat was offensive,' he continued, claiming Shay didn't take his order.
'Hah, triggered,' replies one man in his party.
A woman - who appears to be the waitress - then asks Sotomayor to keep her out of his video.
'We have to deal with black folks acting like this,' he says. 'She gonna sit here and talk to me and take her off my damn camera.'
'Yeah, take me off your camera,' she says again.
'Well I'm still filming and I'm not taking it off so you can call the police,' he continues.
Sotomayor then turns back to the camera and said the woman should have 'left me alone' and never asked about his hat.

'So what I'm going to do is, if she brings the manager, I'm going to let the manager know my hat caused your employee so much problem, she became a b***h,' he continues.
'I wasn't going to go out of my way to be a d**k, but now I'm going to let the manager know exactly what's going on.'
Sotomayor then walks up to the white manager at the front of the restaurant and asks him to 'do me a huge favor'.
'You have an individual who's a waitress here, who got upset at me - not because I said anything. You know what she got mad about?' Sotomayor asks, before pointing to his hat.
'Are you s******g me?' the manager asks.
'She started talking crap to me and my table because of a freakin' hat,' Sotomayor says.
The manager then calls Shay over and says he would 'wear that hat', asking 'Why you making fun of the hat?'
Sotomayor then turns back to the camera and said the woman should have 'left me alone' and never asked about his hat, revealing he's going to report her to the manager - who also turns out to be a Trump supporter
'I didn't make fun of your hat,' Shay tells Sotomayor. 'I said "Are you a Trump supporter?" That's all I asked is one question.'
'No, you made it an issue,' Sotomayor shoots back. 'Look at how she's being disrespectful,' he says to the manager.
The manager then tells Sotomayor he's a 'big Trump supporter'.
'I'll pull her aside and have a little talk with her,' he continues. 'She's actually a sweetheart, I've never had a problem with her. But I guess we hit a sticking point with her - as we normally do.'
The two Trump supporters then laugh before Sotomayor tells the manager he didn't like Barack Obama.
'I voted for Barack,' the manager replies. 'He talked too much and talked too much, no action.'
Sotomayor has since taken to Twitter to discuss the confrontation and demand that Hooters 'offer something in the form of making up for this incident'.

He also seemed to bizarrely correlate his experience to women who are blamed for their own rape because of what they were wearing
At one point while tweeting about the incident, Sotomayor wrote: 'IF I GOT WHAT I DESERVED FOR WEARING MY MAGA HAT THEN DOES THAT MEAN WOMEN GET WHAT THEY DESERVE FOR WEARING SKIMPY OUTFITS? HMMMM!'
Sotomayor has frequently come under fire for his videos, so much so that nearly 14,000 people signed a petition asking for his content to be removed from YouTube.
The change.org petition asked YouTube to stop giving Sotomayor a platform to 'purposely denigrate and demean Black women and girls and Black people in general'.
It claimed that Sotomayor's videos - which have included titles such as 'Tommy Sotomayor Explains How Black Women Are Openly Beggars When Dating' and 'Name the Only Race of Women Willing to Stand in Line for Hours to Buy Bundles of Other Humans Hair' - had 'created incalculable amounts of emotional, psychological, and physical harm against black women and girls'.
'He is an irresponsible malicious, perpetrator of misogynistic and racist hatred and spreads negative and degrading messages, imagery, views and stereotypes about black women on a daily, regular and consistent basis,' the petition reads.
Sotomayor frequently posts pictures of black women on his Twitter and Instagram, tearing apart their looks in the captions.
He once claimed that black Americans are a more serious threat than guns and said Obama 'shouldn't try to ban guns, he should ban n****s'.
Sotormayor has also hosted David Duke on YouTube livestreams and appeared on the former Ku Klux Klan leader's podcast.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
