«Breaking News» Bill Cosby's prison put on lockdown after drone flew overhead

The Pennsylvania prison where Bill Cosby is holed up had to be put on lockdown for 24 hours after a drone flew overhead while the disgraced star was walking outside. 

A drone flew over the State Correctional Institute Phoenix last week as the 81-year-old was being escorted around the prison yard, TMZ reports. 

The prison was put on lockdown for a day after officials detected the drone.

It is believed a media outlet may have sent the drone over the prison, but it is not clear which one. 

No photos have yet emerged of Cosby walking in the prison yard. 

The disgraced comedian is allowed to walk outside in the prison yard with the assistance of a personal escort because he is legally blind and uses a cane. 

Cosby was sentenced in September to three to 10 years behind bars for drugging and sexually assaulting a woman at his gated estate in 2004.

He has been barraged with similar accusations from more than 60 women over the past five decades.

Cosby must serve the minimum of three years before becoming eligible for parole.

The comic once known as America's Dad for his role on the top-rated 'Cosby Show' in the 1980s was convicted in April of violating Andrea Constand, Temple University women's basketball administrator, at his suburban Philadelphia mansion in 2004. 

Only Constand's allegations were recent enough to lead to criminal prosecution. 

It was the first celebrity trial of the #MeToo era and Cosby became the first star to go to prison. 

The SCI Phoenix is a maximum security, 3,830-bed, handicap-accessible prison which began operating in early 2018.

The prison is staffed by 1,200 full-time employees and features 164 acreage inside its double ring of razor wire fences and a 1.5 mile perimeter.

Among the prison's program offerings are sex offender treatment, victim awareness and impact of crime classes.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
