«Breaking News» Wrestler defends vile tampon stunt after fierce backlash

A former WWE wrestler has defended a vile stunt that saw her pull out her bloody tampon and shove it in her opponent's mouth.

Priscilla Kelly has faced fierce backlash online after footage of her stunt in Los Angeles in December went viral.

The 21-year-old, who was involved in WWE's Mae Young Classic last year, insists it was all fake and urged critics not to 'take life so serious all the time'.

Some of the backlash was from those within the wrestling community with many slamming Kelly as 'disgusting' and adding that it was 'embarrassing' for the industry.

In response, Kelly tweeted: 'Hey guys. Ya know, it's all fake. 21+ show with a bar. Can't take life so serious all the time. Call me what you will…'

She later tweeted: 'A penis is funny and awesome. A vagina is disgusting and trashy. #Equality?

'Really had no intentions of going 'viral', I just thought it was funny. But thanks, guys!' she added.

Former WWE superstar Gail Kim was among those to fire criticism at Kelly and refused to repost the footage.

'I'm seeing this post of a women's match that got disgusting and I'm not gonna repost it Bc it's seriously a disgrace. Why??? Whoever thought that was a spot that was gonna get a pop and was worth it..... NO. how about telling a story in the ring with your wrestling instead?' she tweeted.

WWE wrestler Brian G. Jame said in a since-deleted tweet: 'This stuff is the reason some people despise our industry. It's got nothing to do with 'taking life seriously' it's about dignity and a personal pride. She obviously has none!'

Wrestling booker Jim Cornette also hit out, saying: 'Anyone who calls themselves a 'pro wrestler', yet defends any stupid thing they've done with telling fans 'It's fake anyway', male or female, is a piece of s**t and should be boiled in oil and have the fat sold for soap. These maggots on the carcass of the business disgust me.'

The majority of Kelly's supporters defended the stunt, saying it was art and accused critics of being sexist.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
