The White House says they're not listening to Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez 'on much of anything' after the freshman Congresswoman's prediction that the world will end in 12 years due to climate change.
Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders told Fox News on Tuesday that the Trump administration wasn't interested in Ocasio-Cortez's climate change thoughts.
'Look, I don't think we're going to listen to her on much of anything,' Sanders told host Sean Hannity when questioned about the Congresswoman's recent statement.

'Particularly not on matters we're gonna leave in the hands of a much, much higher authority, and certainly not listen to the freshman Congresswoman on when the world may end.
'We're focused on what's happening in the world right now.'
The New York Congresswoman made the statement on Monday at event commemorating Martin Luther King Jr.
'The world is going to end in 12 years if we don't address climate change and… your biggest issue is how are we gonna pay for it?' she said.
Ocasio-Cortez went on to say that she and other millennials viewed climate change as a war.
'This is the war – this is our World War II,' she said.

The 29-year-old also went on to say that it was 'immoral' for billionaires to exist in the same country where people struggled to make ends meet.
'I don't think that necessarily means that all billionaires are immoral. It is not to say that someone like Bill Gates, for example, or Warren Buffett are immoral people.
'I do not believe that... but I do think a system that allows billionaires to exist when there are parts of Alabama where people are still getting ringworm because they don't have access to public health is wrong.
'I think that it's wrong that a vast majority of the country does not make a living great wage. I think it's wrong that you can work 100 hours and not feed your kids.
'I think it's wrong that corporations like Walmart and Amazon can get paid, they can get paid by the government essentially, experience a wealth transfer from the public for paying people less than a minimum wage.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
