Avoid buying organic from supermarkets

'Either source organic produce from local farmers markets or to try to grow your own - even if it’s just herbs in a window box,' the restaurant owner suggests.

'I always think it's best, where possible, to avoid supermarkets where organic food is overpriced and usually covered in plastic.

'A healthy and nutritious lifestyle does not co-exist with chemicals and pesticides.'

Count chemicals not calories

'Following a plant-based diet is not about depriving yourself or removing the enjoyment from food,' Camilla admits, 'We appreciate that people want to enjoy a treat every now and then.'

Mainly because they don’t contain the same health benefits as natural foods and won't make you feel as great when you eat them.

'If you don’t feel a positive difference as a result of adopting new eating habits - then it is only natural that you may then be less focused or committed to continuing on that path'.

Farmacy still have comfort foods on their menu, including nachos, burgers and ‘nice cream’ sundaes - that allow people to indulge, but they're all made with natural ingredients.

Listen to your body

As with all change, it takes time for both your body and mindset to adapt. While Fayed believes that different approaches work for different people

'I’m a firm believer that you should always listen to your own body. Start with cutting out the things that you find easiest.

'Then slowly begin to avoid the other animal-product based foods as your body gets used to it and you have started to introduce more delicious plant-based foods into your diet.

'I was inspired to turn vegetarian after the birth of my daughter, but it wasn’t utill a little while after this that I began to follow a plant-based diet,' Fayed admits.

'The important thing though, was that I approached it in my own time, and in a way that worked for me.'

Focus on what you can have, not what you can’t

'A lot of people expect plant-based cooking and food to be boring,' admits Fayed.

'But many of our recipes showcase just how tasty plant-based food can be by using healthier substitutes.

'With desserts you can use ingredients such as cacao in place of cooking chocolate, or dates instead of refined sugar.

'Learning to enjoy a plant-based lifestyle is about focusing on all of the colourful and natural whole-foods that you can enjoy, not dwelling on the processed foods that you are trying to avoid.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
