'The commonwealth has agreed to reduce the current felony charge to a misdemeanor of possession of a controlled substance.

'Ms. McGowan will enter a plea of no contest to the reduced charge when she appears in court on January 15, and the commonwealth will recommend a sentence that requires Ms. McGowan to pay a fine,' Hundley told local outlet WTOP.

The case stems back to a January 21st, 2017, incident when McGowan's wallet was found on a United Airlines flight after passengers had disembarked.

It contained her ID and two small packets of white powder which later tested positive for cocaine. She had flown into the region to attend the first Women's March in Washington DC.

At the time, her allegations against Harvey Weinstein were yet to emerge.

A warrant for her arrest was issued in February but she did not respond until November that year, after her claims against Weinstein and those of dozens of other women emerged in the media.

McGowan has since described how she feared she was being followed by private investigators she believed had been hired by Weinstein to keep tabs on her.

She claimed she was so paranoid that she did not know if the warrant was real.

The actress, who is a prolifically active on social media, has said nothing of her drug case since details of her plea deal emerged.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
