A Wisconsin babysitter has been ordered not to have contact with the family of a two-month-old boy she is accused of killing and then pretending he was alive when she gave the baby back to his mother.

Judge Jill Falstad ordered 28-year-old Marissa Tietsort of Wausau not to have contact with children as well.

The order was filed this week in Marathon County court and will remain in effect until Tietsort is released on bond.

Tietsort, who is pregnant with her sixth child, also would not have to pay child support for one of her children while she's in jail, under a stipulation filed Thursday.

A criminal complaint alleges Tietsort caused the baby's death in October, then put him in a snowsuit and car seat and returned him to his mother - without telling her the child was dead.

The mother and two-month-old child were found just minutes after she had picked the boy up from Tietsort's home, authorities said, at a laundromat on North Third Avenue, between West Wausau and West Union avenues.

Tietsort has been in custody on a $250,000 cash bond since since October, related to the August incident involving the 11-month-old, named Riley.

'Tietsort admitted that she put the [baby's] lifeless body on the floor in the hallway of her home, dressed him in the snowsuit and then placed his body in the car seat with his blankets,' according investigators.

When the boy's mother came to pick up her son, Tietsort allegedly admitted, she 'purposefully put a hat over the his eyes so that the mother would not realize her son was dead.'

A complaint said that the mother 'thought [the baby] was sleeping, as he would normally be sleeping at that time of the day.'

But when she went to take her son out of the car seat, 'his legs were rigid and remained bent at the knee,' investigators noted.

Tietsort is also charged with child abuse involving an 11-month-old girl in her care stemming from an August incident.

Court documents in that case say Tietsort was suspected of child abuse in June 2017 when a three-month-old suffered facial bruises and a fractured skull. Tietsort denied injuring the baby and was not charged.

Tietsort is due back in court January 18. Her public defenders did not immediately return a request for comment Thursday.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
