«Breaking News» Man tells how Dem donor Ed Buck injected him with meth at sex-toy filled West Hollywood apartment

A man has told how he narrowly escaped death when Hillary Clinton donor Edward Buck injected him with crystal meth at his sex-toy filled apartment - where two black men have died within 18 months.

Jermaine Gagnon, 28, told DailyMailTV how Buck, 63, paid to fly him from Minnesota to Los Angeles, drugged him with a substance dissolved in Gatorade then injected him with crystal meth at his West Hollywood apartment.

And Gagnon shared pictures which show Buck, wearing white long johns, crouched over him on the mattress of a pullout bed during one of their nights together, as well as the 'toolbox' of sex toys he produced during their encounter.

Buck is now under investigation over the deaths of a black man in his 50s at his apartment in the early hours of Monday morning this week, and a second investigation into the death of Gemmel Moore 18 months ago has been reopened, after being closed for lack of evidence.

The prominent Democratic donor gave to Clinton and posed with former California governor Jerry Brown. One party congressman, Ted Lieu, has said he will return the cash Buck donated to him but the Clinton campaign has so far said nothing.

Buck has also faced protests outside his apartment over the deaths, which his attorney has denied he had any part in, claiming he opened his door to 'vulnerable' people in bad circumstances to try to help them.

Gagnon told DailyMailTV that he was homeless and couch-surfing in LA in April 2018 when he met Buck on the gay dating site, Adam4Adam.

Buck offered him $200 to spend the evening with him at his apartment, he said.

Gagnon said: 'I had done sex for money other times but I don't make it a habit.

'The first day we met, I met him at his house. There is a gate at the main entrance and he buzzed me up. He's on the second floor.

'When I walked in, it was dim lights, a mattress in the middle of the floor, three mirrors surrounding the mattress and a flat-screen TV mounted on the wall.'

Gagnon said the mirrors were about seven-foot high and appeared to be suspended on ropes so that they tilted forward over the bed.

'It was just kind of weird,' he told DailyMailTV.

'Anywhere you look in this room, you'll see yourself in the mirror. What mostly caught my attention was the windows, they were covered in fabric. You couldn't see out of them and nobody can see in.

'He had this red and black toolbox with all types of fetish toys, like c**k rings, sex toys. He also has needles inside this drawer.'

Gagnon said that he had a couple of drinks and chatted with Buck.

'He knew my situation. We discussed my lifestyle and what I was going through, how long I'd been using crystal meth,' he said.

'He was a good person when I first met him. He was really cool. He was calm, he was collected. The apartment looked like a club scene or something.

'We just sat at the table trying to get to know each other and the fetishes that he likes.

'He likes the bulge in your pants, he likes you to wear c**k rings and pocket p***ies. He's fixated on pictures and looking at you. He says ''two men f***ing each other, f****ts do that''. He may do touching or looking, but he doesn't do penetration.

'He gave me a little oral and I gave him a little oral.

'He's more oral or foreplay, dressing you up and you being his sex slave. He had a certain way of what you had to wear into his house to play in his game.

'When you first come into the house, you take your clothes off. He said, ''I want you to put on this, this is what entertains me.'' I had no problem with it.

'He gave me some Tommy Hilfiger tighty whities, a muscle t-shirt and some long johns. White knee-high socks. The underwear was laid around the bed. Everything is all folded up, nice and neat.'

The 28-year-old said that during this first meeting he smoked crystal meth with Buck.

'We smoked together, we passed the bowl back and forth and then he was like, "I've been smoking all day, go ahead and enjoy."

'There's pipes everywhere, there's baggies, straws.'

Gagnon said that Buck was open about the fact he was having dates with multiple men - 'young, black, handsome and well-endowed.'

'He was quite open about being very generous to the black community,' he said.

'I'm his type and pretty much half of the black community is his type - vulnerable, depressed. If you're in a depressive state, that's the energy that feeds him.'

Gagnon says that he stayed for around four or five hours on that first date.

'After the first time I was like well that was kind of easy, I think I can do that again. I felt comfortable enough to come back,' he said.

The 28-year-old said a few days later he left LA and moved to Dallas, to spend time with his brother who was dying from cancer, but soon got a call from Buck asking him to visit.

'I was probably in Dallas for two or three weeks before Ed Buck offered to pay for my ticket back to California. He wanted me to come to California for a weekend.'

Gagnon said he took Buck up on his offer, but this time when he came over Buck wanted to inject him with a syringe of crystal meth, known among drug users as 'pointing.'

The 28-year-old said that before meeting Buck he had never injected crystal meth.

'This time he introduced the point,' said Gagnon. 'He asked me, it was the first thing he said. I allowed him because it was my first time trying it.

'He has this big black old school flashlight. It unscrews and there's a whole bunch of drugs in there.'

Gagnon says he saw a little bag with a small amount of what he believed to be crystal meth and another bag with a lot of crystal meth in it. He said he didn't see other drugs other than Viagra.

'He always told me "in my house I'm the only person that can administrate." He was the only person who would give the drugs to anybody.

'He only smoked. He would make a needle to inject himself but he would inject me first. I never saw him inject himself in front of me. These are his drugs, his needles.'

Gagnon said that Buck injected the crystal meth into the vein on his arm and he reacted badly to the drugs and became aggressive.

'It hit me, my body went to tingling, my mouth went to jittery. I got so high that I was enraged, I cussed him out and made a big scene at his apartment and he pretty much put me out,' he said.

'I changed back into my clothes, he paid me $250 and I left.'

Gagnon said there was no one else in the apartment during that meeting but there was a knock on the door. He said that Buck cracked open the door and spoke to a man through it.

Before leaving the apartment, Gagnon took pictures and secretly filmed Buck on his phone, asking him on camera about crystal meth. Buck refused to answer, and asked if Gagnon was filming him.

The two men stayed in touch, and four months later, around September 22, Buck offered again to pay Gagnon to come over to his house. He said this time the atmosphere was tense.

Over the summer, Gagnon had learned about the death of Gemmel Moore. Buck was investigated for suspected murder when Moore, 26, was found dead of a meth overdose at his home in July 2017.

That investigation was closed when West Hollywood police said they had found insufficient evidence, but is now open again after the death of the unnamed man this week.

Gagnon said: 'I had called him and said, "So did you kill the boy?"

'He was nonchalant, he changed the subject. He wouldn't answer anything about Gemmel Moore.'

He added: 'The third time I met Buck, I was stupid and dumb and wanted to go back for more. I wanted to get him to admit that he had something to do with Gemmel Moore's death. I went back for more trouble and fell back into his s***.'

'I was going through my drug abuse and I needed the money so I met up with him again. When you're in that situation, you do anything to be able to survive.

'I wasn't thinking about it's hurting me, it's killing me. I was thinking I need this money. I need food, I need a place to sleep.'

Gagnon said when he arrived he didn't like the atmosphere.

'Buck wasn't himself. He was too jittery, like he had a task to do but was procrastinating. He was determined to finish something, but I don't know what he was determined to do.'

The 28-year-old said Buck offered him a drink of Gatorade. When he drank it, Gagnon said, he began to feel as if he'd been drugged, and suspects the drink contained a drug such as GHB.

'We did the usual, I changed into his clothes. I drank most of the Gatorade then within a few minutes, I felt woozy. I didn't feel like my normal self.

I was so scared. I felt the sensation of death. I felt death walked into my soul. I said, "Mom, I feel like he's going to kill me, I think I'm going to die."

'I could barely keep my eyes open. I was real drowsy and limp. I was laying in the middle of the floor.'

Gagnon does not believe that Buck raped or sexually assaulted him while he was incapacitated.

'Buck said, "You're not high enough for me, I want you to do another point." I was so blurred in the situation. He actually pointed me and when he injected me with crystal meth, my body heated up like fire.

'My head felt like it was going to explode and I just felt so dizzy and limp.

'My body was numb, I could barely move. It was a matter of seconds. My speech started slurring, I was in and out,' he said.

'I saw him preparing the drugs at the table. He said "you've got to watch." I couldn't really stand up.

'I really thought I was the next person that was going be dead at Ed Buck's house.'

Gagnon said that Buck didn't say anything while he was lying on the floor unable to move and just moved around, watching him.

'He was touching things, periodically picking things up and moving them around. He was quiet as a church mouse but you can feel when someone has an agenda.

'He took my phone. I was so scared. I felt the sensation of death. I felt death walked into my soul.'

Gagnon said that he dragged himself to his feet because he knew he had to drink water.

'I went and drunk out of the faucet. I found my phone and called my mother. I said, "Mom, I feel like he's going to kill me, I think I'm going to die." She said, baby, I love you.'

Gagnon said he lay praying for two and a half hours while Buck wandered around the apartment, seemingly unconcerned. When he came down from his high, Gagnon told Buck he wanted to go outside for a walk.

The Democrat donor gave Gagnon $60 and told him to get a drink at a nearby bar. Instead, Gagnon went to a corner store and bought a taser and two knives to protect himself.

While he was out, he noticed Buck's friend and neighbor following him. He recognized the man from his previous visits, describing him as white, in his 50s, about 6'4' and weighing around 215 lbs.

Gagnon said the neighbor had also been calling Buck every two or three hours, checking Buck was drinking enough water and eating.

When Gagnon returned to the apartment, he said Buck had become cold and distant, and asked Gagnon to leave because he had another young man coming round to his home.

'He started blowing me off and brushing me to the side. He was saying "how about you go to Las Vegas for the weekend and when you're ready to go home I'll pay for your ticket to go back to Minnesota." It sounded like a good idea just to get away from him,' said the 28-year-old.

Buck paid Gagnon $300 and bought his flight back to Minnesota, and the two never spoke again.

He said: 'Looking back on that day, I was frightened, I was vulnerable. I was frustrated because I allowed this person to harm me. I put myself in harm's way again.'

Gagnon said he did not report Buck to the police at the time because he had no other way to pay for a plane ticket home and he felt extremely paranoid about what had happened

The 28-year-old is now living in Brooklyn, New York with two close friends from his hometown of Minneapolis.

Jermaine is currently fighting to stay off drugs and he is due to enter rehab later this month for his addiction issues.

Gagnon said he did not report Buck to the police at the time because he had no other way to pay for a plane ticket home and he felt extremely paranoid about what had happened.

He said: 'He has taken pictures with Hillary Clinton, who knows who he knows?

'It just amazes me when at the same time, he degrades gay, black men who live with HIV and makes them go through more pain and struggle. I don't understand the human mind that can do that.'

Gagnon added: 'It frustrated me when I heard about the second body. Just imagine what my mother went through when she heard that phone call from me and what Gemmel's mother is going through.

'It's going to take for him to kill a whole village before they do anything about it.'

Gagnon believes the Democrat donor should be arrested.

'He needs to be put away for the rest of his life. I want to see Ed Buck prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law,' he said.

'These boys are not just dying of an overdose, it's not a coincidence another person has died in the same home during the same situation.

'This man is a murderer and he's getting away with it and it's all because the media wants to sweep it under the rug because he's this rich, white man.

'If my body was a little bit weaker, I wouldn't be here. I wouldn't be telling you the story. I would have died at Ed Buck's house that night.'

Buck's attorney did not respond to repeated requests for comment from DailyMailTV about Gagnon's allegations.

Jasmyne Cannick, a Democratic candidate for California state assembly who has worked with Gemmel Moore's family, said the DA and Sheriff's Department 'have blood on their hands' for failing to properly investigate the donor after Moore's death.

At the time of Moore's death the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office decided not to prosecute Buck, saying there was 'insufficient [evidence] to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that [Buck] is responsible for the death of Gemmel Moore.'

The DA's Office said: 'Likewise, the admissible evidence is insufficient to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that suspect Buck furnished drugs to Gemmel Moore or that suspect Buck possessed drugs.'

In February of last year Moore's family published pages from his diary in which he alleged that it was Buck who first introduced him to narcotics.

These revelations prompted the LASD to reopen its investigation into Buck but that too was closed until this week.

Since the investigation was launched, a number of other men of color have come forward to claim political power player Buck, who is single and came out as gay at 16, paid them to take drugs.

The coroner's report, from July 31, 2017, noted that investigators spoke with a woman who knew Moore, who said that the prostitute had told her about another man he knew that had been tied up by Buck 'over a year ago', who then 'held him against his will at the residence in West Hollywood.'

The report also stated that Buck's apartment was full of drug paraphernalia including dozens of syringes containing brown residue, five glass pipes with white residue, several baggies of white power, and a bag of a 'crystal-like' substance, such as crystal meth.

Pages from Moore's personal journal allege that Buck had a strange fascination with watching others take drugs, and had even supplied him his first hit of crystal meth.

No details of the death of the latest man, including his name or the cause, have been revealed.

Buck's attorney, Seymour Amster, said the man was a long-time friend of Buck's in his 50s, and had lived in West Hollywood for 25 years. Amster claimed that the man had 'a history of substance abuse.'

'Unfortunately in the early hours this morning, a good friend of Ed's reached out to him. Ed was reluctant to have him over but he was insistent. He had him come over and come into his apartment,' Amster told DailyMail.com on Monday, hours after the death.

'Ed had just gotten out of the shower, so he went to get himself more appropriately attired. He came back into his living room and his friend was acting with bizarre behavior. Shortly thereafter it was obvious his friend needed medical assistance. Ed called paramedics. They arrived, they were unable to revive him, and unfortunately he died in the apartment.

'It seems the individual came over already having consumed controlled substances. There were no controlled substances ingested in the presence of Ed, nor did Ed give any to his friend.'

The attorney said Buck was initially interviewed by officers who arrived on the scene, but has declined further interviews with homicide detectives.

Buck has given $47,427.50 to Democrat campaigns, according to Federal Election Commission figures, including Clinton, Barack Obama, Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti and many others.

The 64-year-old became a successful businessman, pioneering in computer technology, specifically in electronic information services, in Arizona before moving to Los Angeles.

A one-time registered Republican, Buck began getting involved in Southern California Democratic politics in the early 1990s.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
