«Breaking News» Sandra Bullock and Sarah Paulson enjoy dinner together the night before the Oscars

They co-starred in summer's Ocean's Eight and Netflix sci-fi horror Bird Box, released December 21.

So actress Sandra Bullock and her pal Sarah Paulson had plenty to talk about when they were spotted leaving a restaurant after dinner in Los Angeles on Saturday.

The 54-year-old Blind Side actress was wearing boot-cut jeans and a furry black coat to keep warm on the chilly evening.

American Crime Story's Sarah, 44, kept things equally casual in a grey coat, scarf and black pants. 

The couple were very likely talking about Sunday's Oscars ceremony in Hollywood. 

Neither of them are nominated this year, but Sarah is scheduled to be a presenter.

The usual Oscar's routine of a single host handling the event was turned on its head this year when chosen presenter Kevin Hart withdrew after a row about homopobic tweets. 

Rather than replace him at short notice, the Academy opted to invite hosts for every single category.

Meanwhile, it's not yet known who will present what at the awards.

But Queen is scheduled to kick off the event, paying tribute to the late frontman Freddie Mercury, who died on November 24, 1991, age 45. 

It's also a tip-of-the-hat to Oscar-nominated film Bohemian Rhapsody and its star, best actor nominee Rami Malek.

The Oscars will air live from the Dolby Theater in Hollywood starting at 5 p.m. PT and 8 p.m. ET on ABC.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
