The 46-year-old actress was seen on a dinner date at Italian eatery Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica with the businessman.
An eyewitness revealed that the couple spent three hours inside the restaurant chatting away with two other couples.

On Thursday Jennifer's ex Ben Affleck, 46, was on daddy duty as he was spotted out with their daughter Seraphina on the school run.
On their way, the Argo star bumped into film producer pal Scott Stuber, who is married to Molly Sims.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage.
