«Breaking News» Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin look upbeat as they step out in NYC

They're going through a testing time in their marriage.

But Justin Bieber, 24, and Hailey Baldwin, 22, appeared to be in good spirits on Thursday as they stepped out in chilly New York City together.

The couple were wrapped up warm in wintry layers as they were spotted leaving a building in Brooklyn together.

Hailey donned all black, wearing some fitted leather-look pants with Dr. Marten boots along with a fringed leather jacket which she layered over a chunky turtleneck.

In contrast, Justin wore baggy tracksuit pants, a light hoodie and padded vest while keeping his head warm in a neon beanie. 

It was reported earlier this month that Justin is getting treatment for depression.

And his wife of has been 'so supportive' through his battle with his mental health, including trust issues and anxiety, a source told UsWeekly this week.

'Hailey is not going to leave Justin and he won't leave her either,' the insider said.

However, the source claims that the Sorry hitmaker 'has brought up that's he's scared he doesn't have a prenup,'

They go on to say that the couple has 'some issues, but are committed to working through them.'

Justin has trouble trusting people around him and has distanced himself from certain friends, the source claims.

He's allegedly afraid of being used and has accused friends of things like 'stealing his beats'.

The Love Yourself singer has been talking to several therapists and wants to avoid taking medication, the website reports.

'He struggles with ups and downs, anxiety, depression and uncertainty about the future.' a source said.

Justin will celebrate his 25th birthday on Friday and at one point had planned to have his wedding ceremony on the same day. 

But the Canadian star's mental health issues have forced the couple to hold off wedding plans for now.

They legally wed at a New York courthouse in September but are planning to have a big religious ceremony with family and friends this year. 

Anxiety: A source has claimed that Justin has recently 'brought up that's he's scared he doesn't have a prenup,'

'Justin seems down and tired. He has been struggling a bit,' a source told People earlier in February.

'It has nothing to do with Hailey — he is very happy being married to her. It's just something else that he struggles with mentally,' the source added.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
