«Breaking News» Georgia jailer fired and arrested for having sex with inmate after released woman gave cops tip off

A Georgia jailer who authorities say was recorded having sex with an inmate, was arrested and fired on Tuesday after the facility received a tip off from a former inmate.

Durell Malik Roberson was arrested for abusing the position he took on after a recommendation from the Milledgeville Youth Development Center, following a set-up that allegedly proved he was breaking the rules.

The was 20-year-old was captured in an alleged sexual encounter with a female inmate earlier this week after police set up a camera to catch him in action.

Putnam County Sheriff Howard Sills personally arrested Roberson.

'He admitted to it,' Sills told The Union-Recorder Wednesday. 'Without going into great detail, let's just say we have some video recordings.' 

Sills said an inmate released from jail last month informed authorities that Roberson was having sexual contact with a woman in custody. 

The sheriff said there could be up to four incidents of a similar nature that occurred between November last year and this week and those occasions involve more multiple females.

'At this point in time, we know of two women inmates who engaged in sexual acts with this man,' Sills added. 'I know there's two and there be maybe three, but I'm not absolutely sure about a third one at this time.'

The woman in the was said to be taking part in the act 'by her own admission, the sexual activity was consensual, and there was no threat or duress on the part of Mr. Roberson', the sheriff claimed. 

However it's against the law for inmates and corrections officers to engage in sex.

The jailer was taken into custody by Putnam County Sheriff Howard Sills after a woman revealed the nature of his contact another jailbird when she was released

Roberson was charged with sexual assault by a person with supervisory or disciplinary authority, aggravated sodomy and violation of oath by a public officer. 

He could face substantial time in prison. 

It's unclear if he has a lawyer who could comment.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy.
