The 38-year-old stopped by The Ellen DeGeneres show to share the good news during Tuesday's episode.

After recently wrapping up her Liberation tour, Christina told Ellen that she felt great being back on stage after taking a decade off.
The talk show host asked: 'You wanna do more shows, right?'
'Absolutely! I do wanna do more shows,' the mother of two responded. 'Should I say it?'
'You should,' Ellen said, leading her to make her big announcement.

'It's been in talks for quite a few years now,' The Beautiful singer began. 'But now that I've got my feet wet, I am going to do a residency in Vegas!'
The audience at Ellen's hit daytime show went bananas at the news.
The Lady Marmalade crooner rocked a modified menswear suit on the show.
'The Xperience is going to be my most ambitious show yet,' Aguilera said in a press release.

'Getting to perform in this adult playground we call Las Vegas is inspiring me to bring forth all of my talents in a mind-blowing theatrical experience – song, dance, visuals and uninterrupted high energy.'
The songbird told Ellen that she was looking forward to the residency particularly because 'it will be a little easier with he kids' to be in one place.

'For years I have been collecting ideas and concepts that have yet to be implemented on my stages, and Las Vegas is the perfect opportunity for me to collectively showcase my artistry. I cannot wait to bring you into The Xperience,' Christina said of the show.

The star follows her longtime pop rival Britney Spears with a gig at Planet Hollywood.
Spears had a residency at the casino from 2013-2017. Last year she left Planet Hollywood for a residency down the block, reportedly making a staggering half a million dollars per show but has postponed it indefinitely due to her father's medical issues.
'Christina is a powerhouse artist whose voice and music has transcended generations of fans,' said Jason Gastwirth, president of entertainment at Caesars Entertainment.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
