«Breaking News» Casey Batchelor flaunts her FOUR stone weight loss in saucy lingerie

She has impressed fans with her four stone weight loss after having her first child Florence in May last year.

And Casey Batchelor worked all the different angles to show off her slimmed-down frame when she did a number of flexible yoga poses in heels and her underwear.

Shared on Instagram on Saturday, the 34-year-old CBB star showed off some serious skin as she got into very bendy positions in just her lingerie.

The brunette yoga teacher oozed sex appeal when she put one of her bare lithe legs in the air while toning up her figure during the gruelling workout.

The reality star applied heavy make-up as she kept up her glamorous image while doing her five-minute exercise away from her baby Florence. 

As if getting into yoga poses wasn't hard enough, Casey showed off her fitness prowess when she did the exercise in extremely high heels.

She said: 'When the photographer asks can you do yoga in heels?! #notforbeginners #yoga #heels #donttrythisathome.' 

On Friday, the mother-of-one was picture arriving in Tenerife to shoot some scenes. 

Recently, Casey revealed to MailOnline she has slimmed down to her 'lightest' weight ever after losing four stone.

She told us: 'I'm actually lighter. I was nine stone when I got pregnant. I'm the lightest I've ever been. My boobs — I was a natural G and I had a breast reduction.

'But they grew back when I was pregnant. I'm now down to a double D, that to me is the smallest I've ever been. I've not been this small since I was 12. I've saved on the breast reduction!  

'No, no more plans to lose any more weight. I don't want to become over extreme where people start worrying about me. Eight stone is a good weight for me. I'm only small, at five foot two. I'm looking forward to muscular definition.' 

As a reality star in the limelight with 311,000 fans, Casey felt it was her duty to show what a post-baby body looks like and share her weight loss journey.

She explained: 'I think it's important to show what a post-baby body looked like. A lot of celebrities won't show what they've looked like.

'It's important to show people the journey of weight loss after having a baby. You don't ping back straight away. It does take time. No smoke screens or mirrors.' 

The qualified yoga teacher's weight loss inspired her to pen a 90-day plan combining high intensity workouts and a healthy diet for a Yoga Blitz app.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
