A woman who was born with a rare birth defect that affected her chest wall muscles has revealed that her left nipple is in her armpit.
In a preview clip for Wednesday night's episode of the E! reality series Botched, Samantha opens up about being diagnosed with Poland syndrome, a disorder characterized by an underdeveloped chest muscle on one side of the body.
'I'm missing some of the pectoralis muscles in my chest, and I've also got the nipple placement that's way in my armpit,' she explains in her testimonial.

Request: Samantha asks Dr. Terry Dubrow and Dr. Paul Nassif to fix her wonky nipple on Wednesday night's episode of the E! reality series Botched

Breast woes: The mom's left nipple is located on the left side of her breast, near her armpit
Samantha said she was about six months old when her father was changing her diaper and 'noticed that something was a little bit off.'
Later, her mother was watching a TV show discussing Poland syndrome and realized her daughter was suffering from the same symptoms.
Breast and nipple abnormalities may occur on the side affected by the disorder, and the lopsided growth of her chest became a source of insecurity for Samantha when she got older and started to develop breasts.
'Sixth grade is when things really got kind of difficult and my breasts were definitely visually different,' she recalled.

Samantha, seen in a bikini, loves her larger breasts but when she is undressed she is conscious that one of her nipples is off-centre

Samantha hopes that Dr. Terry Dubrow and Dr. Paul Nassif will be able to fix her breasts and give her the chest — and nipple placement — that she has always dreamed of

Birth defect: As a child, Samantha was diagnosed with Poland syndrome, a disorder characterized by an underdeveloped chest muscle on one side of the body

Struggle: Breast and nipple abnormalities may occur on the side affected by the disorder, and the lopsided growth of her chest became a source of insecurity for Samantha
'It was a constant fear that someone's going to see me and someone's going to say something and I am going to be made out to be this weirdo.'
When Samantha was about 11 or 12, her aunt had a breast augmentation and asked her plastic surgeon if he was familiar with Poland syndrome, which he was.
'So, my mom brought me in and he said our best bet was to do an expander — which is an inflatable kind of implant — so that we could start manipulating the skin,' she said.
The goal of the expander was to help the skin expand and grow so it would be able to take a breast implant when Samantha was older.

Throwback: Samantha was 18 years old when she went under the knife and was given two permanent breast implants

Confident: Although her nipple was still off-center, Samantha was initially thrilled with her 'big boobs' and finally felt happy with her appearance
Samantha was 18 years old when she went under the knife and was given two permanent breast implants.
Although her nipple was still off-center, the focus was initially on her breast augmentation.
'We had discussed the nipple placement, but he was afraid to move it at that point because he didn't want too many scars on my breast,' she explained.
'So, he wanted to leave the nipple where it was and address that in a future surgery.'

Motherhood: Samantha only got to enjoy her breasts for about a year before she got pregnant and they started changing

Wish: Samantha hopes the doctors will be able to fix her nipple once and for all
Samantha was initially thrilled with the results and finally felt happy with her appearance.
'I came out of surgery with nice, big boobs,' she recalled. 'I was ready to show them off and make up for the years that I didn't feel comfortable.'
However, she only got to enjoy her breasts for about a year before she got pregnant and they started changing.
Samantha hopes that Dr. Terry Dubrow and Dr. Paul Nassif will be able to fix her breasts and give her the chest — and nipple placement — that she has always dreamed of.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
